My wife and I just purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue from Tim Dahle. Our salesman was awesome. His name is Oscar Mancilla. He was amazing thru the entire process. I set up an appointment for what I thought was an alignment, of course I needed them to tell me what it needed. I got out of my car and explained it was shaking when driving on the freeway, I needed alignment, of course I needed them to tell me what it needed. I said not even an alignment he said yes. I told him im not buying 4 tires, I told him I just bought new tires in December, I haven’t even driven enough to have them rotated yet, he said O well. So I left. Such a waste of time I took my car to Ken Garffe Nissan it was my brakes, that needed to be fixed. They checked my car first then told me what the issue was and fixed it. I didn’t have to buy 4 new tires. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I can’t believe there are mechanics still out there taking advantage of females who that mechanic thought wouldn’t know better. More

I was there to do my free oil change and when I got there I went to the office and was told to go back to my car but they did help the lady that was behind me (she was not sent to her car) after waiting 5 mi I went to the office and was told to go back to my car but they did help the lady that was behind me (she was not sent to her car) after waiting 5 minutes)while waiting in my car another customer pull behind me and one the service guy skip me to go and help the guy that was behind me. Then the car in front of me pulled out so I went in inside the service department and while waiting on my car another person pull next to me on his car so one of the service guys went straight to help him and skip me once again so after been skip for the 3rd time somebody come and help me when I told him what happened he said tough luck bro didn't apologize and told me to take my paperwork to the guy behind me and if I have a complaint go talk to the service manager. Nobody told the service manager that I was waiting for him so I have to go and look for him myself the manager apologize but didn't seem to care. So I don't know what the problem is with me maybe I'm the wrong color to be help at the service department. So now I'm waiting at jiffy lube to get my oil change done I rather pay to get my service done that use the free oil change service that tim dahle Nissan offers More

Full of shady sales tactics and will secretly raise your price after you agree on a different price during the underwriting process. Their "internet price" is a joke and doesn't exist except to get you in t price after you agree on a different price during the underwriting process. This is the same for 2 tim dahle dealers I've been to. Online price is nowhere near where they want you to actually pay. In my case we looked at 3 vehicles across two dealers and the lowest markup they added was $3,000 on top and that was only because we financed. They first tried to sell me a vehicle for $7k more than what I asked to see and 55k more miles. I will never go back to a tim dahle anywhere. After the deposit was placed and the loan written i could not get in touch with anybody. Call after call after call never returned. Conveniently every time I called the person I was looking for was taking the day off or helping another customer(same person) depending on who you are talking to. Either they will be in at 1 or today's their day off. Worst car purchasing experience that I've ever had. More
