Buyer beware: Several Nissan vehicles, including our 2017 Rogue, have defective CVT transmissions. Nissan had a class action lawsuit settled by 'extending the warranty' to 84,000 miles (instead of a recall), but they will refuse to honor the extended warranty unless you completely breakdown on the side of the road. The vehicle will act up and become nearly undriveable and unsafe. You will hate it. Our Rogue started acting up at 50,000 miles. It now has 79,000 miles and is on its last legs. It might make it past 84,000 and then we're stuck with the bill. We are afraid to take it on long drives for fear of breaking down. No one rebuilds these JATCO transmissions. They have to be replaced. We are talking $5000+. They are a low quality defective design, all to cut corners and save money. Talk to any transmission shop. They will tell you. Tim Dahle's service department completely refused to do anything about it, in fact, they wanted to charge us just to service it, when it had already been done. On top of it all, the service manager was rude to my wife and finally yelled at us, "We are a subcontractor! We do not represent Nissan." I would take into consideration, you ARE buying a vehicle with a 75,000 mile lifetime on the transmission with no possibility of the dealer nor Nissan honoring the warranty. We spoke with Nissan Corporate and they gave the same song and dance. The JATCO transmissions Nissan installs in most of their vehicles are a defective design. Nissan has known about it since 2006 and they've done nothing to fix it. They sell them to Mitsubishi and Subaru too. You've been warned. More

Sold me a used minivan. I didn't expect it to be in mint condition, but they apparently hadn't done any inspection of it before hand. It currently has been in their service department for a week, and I have received only one update (5 days ago)! I don't know when or if I'll get it back. Well, they do have a lot of words you want to hear, but they screw you over. My son nearly got killed, 2 days after getting his car. Well, my son turned on the air conditioner and it stopped in the road in front of cars coming his way. No one said anything about a recall that Nissan should have taken care of. Also, the Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray tried to jack up the price. They are all liars. Run from them. These xxxxxxx just want their next dollar at the expense of their integrity. I had my transmission on a Nissan Sentra changed a month ago at Tim Dahle in Murray. One month later the cv Axel broke. Which connects directly into the new transmission. After talking to several other mechanics, it’s clear The break was almost certainly from the transmission replacement. Which can be stressed in the transmission replacement. Yet they claim it’s totally unrelated and made me pay. What a coincidence it breaks one month after working directly with that axel! But not their fault lol. These guys will rip you off and not stand by their work. More
Said needed new rear brakes and rotors was going to charge me $350. I took it to my mechanic I did not need either 35% of my brake pads are left. Also I bought the package with the inspection they were supposed to check all my fluid levels and they did not! And they were supposed to wash my car and they did not. The only thing they appeared to do was the oil change we checked that out and it was clean oil. I bought a three-time package I don't know what I'll do when those are used up. More
