If I could give this place 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I had been in need of a car for months and there was a decent amount of options for me at this dealership. After deciding on the car I wanted, we worked with Luke. He treated myself, my mother and my boyfriend like we were xxxx. He was absolutely no help and kept a lot of the numbers and "mandatory" fees a secret from us. In addition, the car’s gas light was on and the dealership wouldn’t even fill the tank. In Luke’s words, “we don’t do that for used cars.” 10 days after purchasing the vehicle, my A/C went out. $1,500 estimated repairs from the mechanic. I contacted the dealership regarding the issue and not only were they impossible to get a hold of, once I finally talked to Luke again, he had zero concern and rubbed warranties that I should have gotten in my face. I had this car for less than two weeks and there was nothing they would do to make things right. I have had loved ones and friends ask me if they should go here for themselves, I told them to not waste a second at this horrible place. If you or someone you care about is looking for a car, avoid Tim Dahle Nissan Murray at all costs. More
I wish I could rate this even lower. They listed the car online at a specific price, then increased the price by 2k when I came in pre-approved from a different bank. Then they put a $10 They listed the car online at a specific price, then increased the price by 2k when I came in pre-approved from a different bank. Then they put a $1000 higher down payment on the contract than I had requested, tried to give me the car with an empty tank of gas, gave me a unlamented paper temp tag that fell apart after about a week, gave me 1 key fob and it had a low battery. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle. More

The service department has never done is wrong. Honest and great service. Taden Peart went above and beyond while I was there. I was working on my laptop and he found me a mouse to use. Buyer beware: Several Nissan vehicles, including our 2017 Rogue, have defective CVT transmissions. Nissan had a class action lawsuit settled by 'extending the warranty' to 84,000 miles (instead of a rec 2017 Rogue, have defective CVT transmissions. Nissan had a class action lawsuit settled by 'extending the warranty' to 84,000 miles (instead of a recall), but they will refuse to honor the extended warranty unless you completely breakdown on the side of the road. The vehicle will act up and become nearly undriveable and unsafe. You will hate it. Our Rogue started acting up at 50,000 miles. It now has 79,000 miles and is on its last legs. It might make it past 84,000 and then we're stuck with the bill. We are afraid to take it on long drives for fear of breaking down. No one rebuilds these JATCO transmissions. They have to be replaced. We are talking $5000+. They are a low quality defective design, all to cut corners and save money. Talk to any transmission shop. They will tell you. Tim Dahle's service department completely refused to do anything about it, in fact, they wanted to charge us just to service it, when it had already been done. On top of it all, the service manager was rude to my wife and finally yelled at us, "We are a subcontractor! We do not represent Nissan." I would take into consideration, you ARE buying a vehicle with a 75,000 mile lifetime on the transmission with no possibility of the dealer nor Nissan honoring the warranty. We spoke with Nissan Corporate and they gave the same song and dance. The JATCO transmissions Nissan installs in most of their vehicles are a defective design. Nissan has known about it since 2006 and they've done nothing to fix it. They sell them to Mitsubishi and Subaru too. You've been warned. More
