I appreciate the approach Tim Dahle takes to listening to their customers. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Leaf on Thursday, September 22, 2022. I hurried the closing process because of an evening commitment, resulting in me not being completely satisfied. My haste contributed to my dissatisfaction, but on subsequent days meeting each day on Friday, Monday and Tuesday completed the entire transaction to my satisfaction with the Tim Dahle team namely, Dylan, James, Cesar, and Garrett. I left the dealership on Tuesday morning with everything completed. I applaud all those who worked with me in service, finance, and sales. Thanks.
