I bought a used G37 from Josh Edson and he was a great help. His professionalism and passion for what he does is apparent; it shows in the way he interacts with his customers. He not only saved me mon help. His professionalism and passion for what he does is apparent; it shows in the way he interacts with his customers. He not only saved me money, but was a complete "broker of strengths." He helped coach me not only on purchasing a vehicle; but the best way to pay for it and how to finance it. He also got me top dollar for my trade-in. I would recommend Tim Dahle Nissan and Josh Edson to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More
Josh got us into an upgraded version of the car we came in looking for, and got it for the price we were expecting before the upgrades. The sale was smooth, painless, and actually rather enjoyable. I generally dislike car shopping, but this was an exception. I will be back for my next new car as well. More
I was instantly greeted at the door by a friendly salesman. I let him know I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time. He asked what car I was interested in and off we went for a test drive wi salesman. I let him know I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time. He asked what car I was interested in and off we went for a test drive within a few minutes. I already knew I wanted a Maxima but wasn't sure if I wanted to lease, finance, or even buy a car. After all I was on lunch break and wasn't going to decide anything. After the test drive, he was considerate enough to ask if I had enough time to look at other possible cars or if I wanted to go over pricing on the car I just drove. I told him I didn't have time but I would like to fill out a credit application. He was fine knowing I was not going to buy that moment instead of being pushy like you would find at most car dealers. Before I left he introduced me to one of his managers, Slate who was also friendly and considerate of my time restraint. I did receive a follow-up call the next day and let him know I wasn't ready and needed to wait so my husband and I can decide together-again he was not pushy and considerate. That weekend we went into the dealer and test drove another car in the price range we were looking. When we came back we were asked if we liked that vehicle we drove (not if we are ready to buy)We did like the car and proceeded to negotiation. We were offered coffee, was shown the restroom, and a place to sit. Of course we wanted the best price but understood they are in business to sell a car and make profit as opposed to giving cars away. The negotiations were respectful and ended up at a fair price and fair financing. Our new car was prepped for delivery immediately. As we were waiting for the paperwork and prep. other salesman there congratulated us as they walked past us making us feel like our business was appreciated. I gave the highest rating in every area because the dealership AS A WHOLE was professional, friendly, and took the time to sell me my awesome new car that was right for me. Great Job! More
I wish these ratings could go into the negative numbers. Even giving these idiots 1 point seems like too much. THESE GUYS ARE CONS!!!!! I traded my Jeep and put $1,000.00 down towards an Armada. I was t Even giving these idiots 1 point seems like too much. THESE GUYS ARE CONS!!!!! I traded my Jeep and put $1,000.00 down towards an Armada. I was told that I would get a phone call within a few days to see if I got approved. So I left my Jeep there and took the Armada home. 3 days go by and not a word from these idiots. 2days after that I decided to go to the dealership and see what happened. They told me they could not get me approved for the Armada but they could get me approved for a new car and it would take a couple days to get the terms figured out. So they had to give me my Jeep back until then. When the guy brought my Jeep to the front he also greeted me with an invoice for maintenance repairs that they did to my Jeep while they had it that totaled over $800.00. They claim that they had to replace the brakes, but I had just replaced them less than 3 months before the trade. And when I tried to complain, THESE GUYS ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT i COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE I SIGNED A POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM!!!!! So I was left with 2 choices... 1- I could keep my Jeep, lose my $1,000.00 down payment, and pay over $800.00 in repairs that they did to a Jeep that didn't even belong to them yet. or 2- I could give them the Jeep and use the $1,000.00 towards a new car. LOSE/LOSE SITUATION!!! The problem is that I would still have to purchase a brand new car from these guys and it would cost me about $30,000.00. LOSE $1,800.00 OR PUT MYSELF $30,000.00 IN DEBT!!! I took my Jeep and came straight home to write this review. And now they're gonna have to fight me to get paid for the maintenance. GOOD LUCK!!! Please start using reviews as a credible source. I wish I had researched this black hole before I went in. More
I had spent a lot of time shopping around for the right car, and finally settled on a Nissan Altima. I set up a deal with Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake, but when I came to pick up the car I waited for 4-5 car, and finally settled on a Nissan Altima. I set up a deal with Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake, but when I came to pick up the car I waited for 4-5 hours, and they didn't have the car I was promised. The car should have cost about $470/m at the price I was quoted, yet their "best" monthly payment offer was $530, so I walked out. I almost bought a Toyota, but when that fell through I decided to try another Nissan dealer. Abraham at Tim Dahle was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. He helped me explain my situation to the sales manager, who examined my quote, and after about 20 minutes was able to offer me the car at $467/m. I spent a few hours at the dealership since my car had just come off the truck, but overall the experience was quick, painless, no-hassle, and positive. Oh, and the Altima drives great. More

I sat down approximately 2 years ago with my salesman and the sales manager (Travis)? They outlined a deal for me that I found unbelievable, and so stated. They both said,"we do this all the time, don't wo the sales manager (Travis)? They outlined a deal for me that I found unbelievable, and so stated. They both said,"we do this all the time, don't worry". I trusted the salesman I had bought a car from previously, and didn't feel I had to get anything in writing. Big, stupid mistake on my part, I admit. I was told I could bring the car back in 2 years. I could roll it into another lease with another car, keep it, or turn it back to them with no questions asked, and walk away with no liability if I wanted to go elsewhere. Sounded too good to be true, but I bit, having trust in the salesman. I have had in the back of my mind doubts about the whole thing, but continued to trust. Well, today, "we don't remember anything like that". Just what I imagined might occur. I'm more upset with the violation of trust than anything else. I love the car, not the lease that I'm stuck with. Do not trust these people at this dealership. Get everything in writing. Don't be stupid and naive like me and swallow assurances from these people. I felt up until this day that I would buy from this dealership until I leave this existance. But I will not darken their door again other than to get my free oil changes. They blew a decent relationship with this action. Stay clear of them. Smiles and handshakes are bogus. More
