My wife and I just bought a used car from them. We had other options, but purchased theirs because we thought they would be more reputable than the independent dealers. We were wrong. The salespeople were pleasant enough, but six days after buying the car it started having engine problems, when we called the service department they told us 'tough luck,' and said they could do a diagnosis but would charge us. They claim to do a 140 point mechanical inspection, but either they're lying or they aren't nearly thorough enough. More

Me and my husband went to this dealership to buy a new Cube. We were shown the used one they have on the lot (not a big deal, they didn't have a new one). We were told by Shane that the dealership was going to be ordering some new cubes "in the next 3-5 days and he would call us before they got ordered"... well a week later we went back in to find out what was going on with the process. We talked with Andrew and told him the features we were looking for, he went "to talk to a manager about the ordering". He didn't come back for OVER 2 HOURS!!! When we saw him come back in he had a bag of McDonalds... HE LEFT WHILE HE HAD CUSTOMERS WAITING xxx!!! He finally came back and told us that they had already ordered the new cubes and there was no way for us to order one until the next month ordering date... needless to say.. we took our business elsewhere and am happy to report that we got our new cube ordered and on the way! no thanks to Tim Dahle - Murray. I went to Tim Dahle looking to get a vehicle that would fit my entire family. I had a tough situation being that I just recently purchased the Jeep I traded in only a year ago. Josh was really great in hel fit my entire family. I had a tough situation being that I just recently purchased the Jeep I traded in only a year ago. Josh was really great in helping meet everything that I needed. He found me the perfect Pathfinder, great color, it had everything that I needed and wanted. Brand new tires (Still had the fuzzies on them). I needed another remote and he got me one right away. I will definetly go back to Tim Dahle and I would highly recommend Josh as a sales rep.
