Unscrupulous sales tactics Juan from the credit approval department sent me a text saying "he received a credit app from me and what car was I looking for". I have not filled ou Juan from the credit approval department sent me a text saying "he received a credit app from me and what car was I looking for". I have not filled out a credit app in 4yrs. I don't know Juan either. I called concerned about credit fraud and spoke with Juan which passed me onto Ed. Ed would not tell me if there was a credit app filled out in my name. He dogged the questions and went on to tell how some sales guy they hired from another dealership brought my information with him and that's how they got my name and number. When I asked about the text again Ed said wasn't listening. I was listening but all I was hearing was Ed skirt the question. Don't buy from these folks. Unethical to say the least. Bill More
