He was patient, he listened to my needs and wants and went out of his way to help me have a pleasant experience and find exactly what I wanted! I even changed my mind partway through the buying experience and he was great about it! I also worked with Mary in the finance and contrct signing! She came in on her day off to help me with my contract. She explained what everything was and made sure I understood what I was signing. I definitely will go back and refer all my friends and family to Josh at Tim Dahle Nissan! More

Looking for a used car. Unscrupulous sales tactics Juan from the credit approval department sent me a text saying "he received a credit app from me and what car was I looking for". I have not filled ou Juan from the credit approval department sent me a text saying "he received a credit app from me and what car was I looking for". I have not filled out a credit app in 4yrs. I don't know Juan either. I called concerned about credit fraud and spoke with Juan which passed me onto Ed. Ed would not tell me if there was a credit app filled out in my name. He dogged the questions and went on to tell how some sales guy they hired from another dealership brought my information with him and that's how they got my name and number. When I asked about the text again Ed said wasn't listening. I was listening but all I was hearing was Ed skirt the question. Don't buy from these folks. Unethical to say the least. Bill More

Not a great dealership for lifetime customer. These guys are great when you buy or lease a car and are very attentive but after I turned in my lease it changed 360 degrees. They didn't notify the leasing company that I turned in the vehicle. It took them 22 days to pay off the lease and I spent 2 weeks trying to get someone to help me. They were real good at sending me to voicemail and not returning my calls. It was only after they realized that they were in violation of Utah law that they finally responded (Thanks to Rich Arvay for finally getting it done). When I'm in the market for a Nissan again, I won't be getting one from Tim Dahle and won't patronize them ever again. More
Sales was okay, Finance Manager was horrible! Brian, our salesman was wonderful. Karl, the sales manager was professional and courteous. However, Sergio (the finance manager) was rude, disre Brian, our salesman was wonderful. Karl, the sales manager was professional and courteous. However, Sergio (the finance manager) was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, lied to us, mis-communicated information to us, and left out important information at the closing table. Sergio made a point of telling us he had been there all day and was ready to leave. He was annoyed that we wanted to review the contract before signing it and when I approached the sales manager about information he had left out he followed me into the office and began waving his hand while raising his voice at me. I stepped into the office and closed the door to avoid further conflict and Sergio followed me in stating that closing the door was not fair or appropriate. He nearly blew the entire car deal out of the water. We closed the deal with Karl, but during that process we could hear Sergio down the hall yelling and disrupting the process. He was extremely unprofessional and had the price of the car been any higher I would have walked away entirely. More
