Ben in the service department. I had bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and have only had it 11 months when something went wrong with the transmission. I took it into TD Nissan in Murray and was helped by Ben in the service department. I can not tell you how pleasant it was to work with him. He had called me several times over the course of the week that they had my car to let me know what was going on with it. Ben had helped me with getting me into a loaner car which I thought was very nice of him. It made them having my car for a week not as bad. The best part about the whole experience was that Ben had the best personality and was just a funny guy. TD is lucky to have this man working for them. I have dealt with Service guys before and they are usually so stressed by their work that they have no personality at all and are very serious. It was refreshing to have someone be that personable. I think this man deserves a raise! Way to go Ben thanks for making my experience there a good one. More

I wasn't even thinking of buying a car that day. I just went with my husband who wanted to look at crew cab pickups. I started lookin around and the cute little white Leaf was displayed in the lobby. Naturally curious, when my husband joined me and read the window sticker info, he said for me to go for it. Oscar was there with me and was sensitive to my reluctance to be impulsive. We took a drive and he showed me the unique features. We talked about the drawbacks of all electric cars. Back at the dealership he arranged the highest trade in value of my car and put it in the reachable price range. Then, he surprised me by introducing me to his co worker who is considered the ultimate source oh knowledge about the Leaf cars. They teamed up to help me in my decision. I really respected Oscar's integrity to share the benefits of his sale! Both excellent salesmen, both great men. Now, three weeks later I can call Oscar to answer new questions. I have had emails from them. Oscar has become like family to me and my husband ... Thank you, Oscar! More
