worst buying experience I had received a preapproval from capital one so I went to Tim Dahle nissan. I went to the dealership I was told a greeter would meet me , no greeter I had received a preapproval from capital one so I went to Tim Dahle nissan. I went to the dealership I was told a greeter would meet me , no greeter in fact no one even asked if they could help me so I went to the receptionist desk and told her I had an appointment with Rich, she called him to the show room and he immediately past me to another sales person, who passed me on to another sales person I waited 10 mins. She never came over to tell me she would be with me she was working with and customer. When I started to leave the sales manager came up to me and said please give me a chance to help you. So he pulled my credit report and told me he would look at a vehicle he could get me into after another long wait another person came to help me. I waited again the sales manager came back out assured me he was still trying to help me. Finally the 3rd person I was supposed to work with came up to she she was sorry she had to take someone to finance and she would be right back to help me. I never saw her again. Then I got another person from finance and after going back forth to find me a vehicle she said they didnt have a vehicle that would work for me. I wasted 2 hours of my time. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

A great experience We were very impressed with Stan, the manager, and Anthony, our salesman. Stan introduced us to Anthony and from there on out Anthony was professional We were very impressed with Stan, the manager, and Anthony, our salesman. Stan introduced us to Anthony and from there on out Anthony was professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process, told us what was going on, etc. he accommodated our needs, and left nothing unexplained. Cameron, the Business Manager, also explained everything in detail.
