Car breaks down 4 months after buying it with a warranty If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a used car from this dealership in October of 2015. First the financing was a nightmare to deal with a If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a used car from this dealership in October of 2015. First the financing was a nightmare to deal with and had to go back in 3 times to sign paperwork. I was also talked into an extended warranty and told "if anything goes wrong with the car you can bring it in and we will take care of it." This warranty was good for two years of 24000 miles. Well here it is 4 months later and the car's engine is making a horrible ticking sound. Honestly it sounds like the engine is going to blow up and I have people that stop me and ask if I know that my car is making this horrible sound. So I make an apt with Tim Dahle to have this looked at. I sit for two hours at the dealership and the service writer comes back and says he talked with Honda and this is fairly common. He explains the who possible problem to me and I explain to him that I bought the extended warranty. He says well let me look into this for you. I will give them a call and also look up pricing and get back to you with some options. I never heard back from him. I called 3 weeks later to find out what is going on and I am told that the warranty is not going to cover anything and the diagnostic will cost $400.00 and depending on what they have to do the cost could go up from there. I wasn't satisfied with that response because I just bought the car 4 months ago. Now a sales manager just called me and said that he doesn't appreciate the way I talked to his service people and that this issues falls under the maintenance of the car and they aren't responsible for my cars maintenance. And that I am S.O.L. I would never do any business with these snakes again. Nothing but trouble from Tim Dahle. More

worst buying experience I had received a preapproval from capital one so I went to Tim Dahle nissan. I went to the dealership I was told a greeter would meet me , no greeter I had received a preapproval from capital one so I went to Tim Dahle nissan. I went to the dealership I was told a greeter would meet me , no greeter in fact no one even asked if they could help me so I went to the receptionist desk and told her I had an appointment with Rich, she called him to the show room and he immediately past me to another sales person, who passed me on to another sales person I waited 10 mins. She never came over to tell me she would be with me she was working with and customer. When I started to leave the sales manager came up to me and said please give me a chance to help you. So he pulled my credit report and told me he would look at a vehicle he could get me into after another long wait another person came to help me. I waited again the sales manager came back out assured me he was still trying to help me. Finally the 3rd person I was supposed to work with came up to she she was sorry she had to take someone to finance and she would be right back to help me. I never saw her again. Then I got another person from finance and after going back forth to find me a vehicle she said they didnt have a vehicle that would work for me. I wasted 2 hours of my time. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Stan introduced us to Anthony and from there on out Anthony was professional We were very impressed with Stan, the manager, and Anthony, our salesman. He explained every step of the process, told us what was going on, etc. he accommodated our needs, and left nothing unexplained. Cameron, the Business Manager, also explained everything in detail.
