The Best I don't think I will ever buy from another Dealer. When I bought the car, they went WAY above and beyond. They worked with my budget, and got me in I don't think I will ever buy from another Dealer. When I bought the car, they went WAY above and beyond. They worked with my budget, and got me in the car with payments I was comfortable with. Then this morning I get in my car to go to work and my battery was dead. I called Service and got an appointment for later in the day. Michael Ballantyne got my new battery installed for WAY less than what I thought it was going to cost. Got there to pick it up and Michael had them give her a bath as well. I've never gotten a car from a Dealer that actually cares for their customers AFTER the sale the way they do. I'm theirs for life!! More

Great customer service Kayla Larsen was great - friendly and personable. She quickly checked me in, got me on a shuttle, got all my work done, including processing a warrant Kayla Larsen was great - friendly and personable. She even retrieved and kept personal belongings we forgot to take out of the car and put them away for safekeeping until I picked the car up. Best customer service I've ever received ANYWHERE. More

I am so glad we met with Jim who was very welcoming and responded to all our questions. We were looking for a used car and Jim found us a perfect Subaru Forester that goes with Utah's snowy winters. We had an excellent test drive and it was in such fantastic condition. Jim further explained in great details how it has gone through a thorough inspection and is the best deal for the price. I couldn't agree more, it's been three months since I have been driving the Forester and it made through the winter like breeze! It's smooth and very functional. Jim also got us a $25 gift card to buy accessories for the car and told us that we have unlimited car washes free! We had originally planned to shop around a few dealerships before deciding which car to buy but Tim Dahle's way of handling their cars, Subaru's excellent condition and Jim's guidance was good enough to convince us to buy my first car from them. Sure enough, I have been enjoying driving it on the roads as well as in the canyons. Thank you so much! More

Ridiculous I was there this week, around Feb 7, inquiring about the green Saturn Ion with 138,000 miles. A sales person named Ronson showed me the car. The engine made a rumbly sound when I accelerated. He said he didnt know that much about Saturns, that he'd sold more Chrysler Dodges. Do you people think we women are so stupid we would spend our money on a car from a dealer who knows nothing about the car and isn't even informed. He keeps calling to see if he 'can get me into the Saturn.' I would not waste one penny on this dealership. Stay away, everyone. There should be a zero star rating choice. More

Dishonest!! Don't ever deal with this business. The sales people (Jake, the manager, and Ian, the sales person) have NO integrity and decency. In spite of the f Don't ever deal with this business. In spite of the fact they knew we were flying from Los Angeles to buy the car, and in spite of the fact they assured us the car was going to be available, when we went to the dealership early morning the next day, it was sold... They (actually, Ian, since Jake the manager was nowhere to be found) told us that someone drove all the way from Colorado to buy this car (like they didn't know that when they spoke to us late afternoon day before ... BEFORE we got on the flight?!?!?!). To be clear, we are not naive to how business operates (especially in the used car business). We are reasonable people in that we would understand IF they told us there was serious interest in the car and that they could not absolutely guarantee its availability. They knew we were incurring expenses to fly to SLC and still they completely lied to us. How anyone could do that is absolutely beyond me! I want to tell everyone that you shouldn't give them any business -- because they have ZERO integrity, and they cannot be trusted in any way!! More
