Dishonest dealership, misrepresented car We found a VW 2016 Beetle advertised online at Tim Dahle Nissan. The ad said the car had a rearview camera and navigation system. We called and talke We found a VW 2016 Beetle advertised online at Tim Dahle Nissan. The ad said the car had a rearview camera and navigation system. We called and talked to Leo Blanco who assured us it had those safety items including blindspot monitors. He said they came as a package. We put a deposit down on the car and flew from Oregon to but it and drive it back. Once there Leo assured us the car indeed had those safety features. We took off and two hours out realized the car had none of those items. We called to say we'd bring the car back but manager Craig Shipley said no, they would pay about $750 for those items to be added. We got back to Oregon and found out those add ons would be $2155. We texted the details to Craig Shipley and never heard anything back from him. We were told by manager Karl Nygard that he was no longer there. He talked to Craig Shipley who flatly lied and said he didn't say anything about paying for the add-ons. Since that conversation no one has communicated with us. We have reached out to all those people including Amanda in customer service and Mark Winters but have not heard anything back. This dealership is very dishonest. They also owe us $500 which was our deposit to hold the car and hasn't been deducted from the amount we owed on the contract. It has been about eight weeks now. More

We looked at a 3,700 used car our dealer said he bought it for 2,000 and the engine was rock-solid. We took it to our mechanic who told us that we'd have to replace the transmission for 1,800. When we returned the car the to dealership, a different dealer said that he couldn't give us a better price because he bought it for 3,900 and was already losing money on it. That directly contradicts what the previous dealer said. Main point: They're just not honest. More

Calmed my used car woes after buying from the "other guy" Ben was genuinely amazing. I hope he can be recognized for that. The customer service experience I received yesterday made me choose my life long service center, my 💖 now belongs to Nissan because of Ben! Even my hard to please husband walked away saying "he was a very nice man, he really wanted to help." A very rare find these days. More

I had never been to this dealership befo The customer service at Tim Dahle Nissan was fantastic! I came in on 3/29/30 because my car had some recalls. I had never been to this dealership before, and was wary of trying someplace new. I soon realized I had no reason to be concerned. They put me right at ease and made me feel like family. They fixed all of the recalls on my car, and then went above and beyond by checking my tires, and looking over the rest of my car to make sure everything was in order. They followed that up by washing my car, just as a courtesy! They were amazing! I would highly recommend them! Mike was so nice, too!! Like I said: great customer service! More

It started off when Carly Colson called me less than 30 seconds after I expressed interest in a truck on their website. She didn't try to pressure me at all and was very accommodating with setting me up to come see the truck. When I arrived Carly was just as awesome in person. During the process, which took a lot less time than I thought it was going to, we also got the chance to work with Natalie. Between Carly and Natalie I don't know if it's possible to have a better experience at a car dealership. Debbie closed out the financing portion and between the three of them I was driving away in under 2 hours. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Thank you so much.
