I guess questions are now considered fighting. We picked our van up and took it to another dealer and they had it fixed within a couple of hours at no cost. I could just tell they didn’t care much about the customer. Never going back. More

And when it comes to electric cars, no one knows more. No question goes unanswered. Honest, direct and affable—this is the second time I’ve worked with Josh on buying a car and couldn’t be happier. WORST DEALERSHIP TO EVER PURCHASED A VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT WITH FRIEND TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE HE WAS BUYING FOR HIMSELF UPON RETIRING FROM WORKING FOR 50 YEARS. HE WAS PAYING CASH. HE FOUND A 2016 FORD I WENT WITH FRIEND TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE HE WAS BUYING FOR HIMSELF UPON RETIRING FROM WORKING FOR 50 YEARS. HE WAS PAYING CASH. HE FOUND A 2016 FORD ESCAPE GRAY WITH 50,000 PLUS MILES ON IT. I DROVE THE CAR. TOOK IT ON FREEWAY AND IT DROVE SMOOTH AND THERE WERE NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS OR WARNING LIGHT ON DURING THIS TIME. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE SAID, "OH, IF YOU FINANCE THERE IS A $2,000 PLUS INCENTIVE." RIGHT. LOL INCENTATIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP. HE WAS WANTING TO PAY BY CHECK IN FULL. HE GETS THE VEHICLE HOME AND AFTER DRIVING FOR A SHORT TIME THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. I FOLLOW HIM TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SIT AND WAIT. HE SAID THE SERVICE DEPT. TURNED THE LIGHT OFF AND TOLD HIM THEY DID A QUICK CHECK AND NOTHING WRONG JUST A CODE NEEDED TO BE RESET. SURE. NEXT DAY HE GETS IN CAR TO DRIVE SAME THING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. AGAIN, I FOLLOW HIM BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. HE LEAVES THE CAR TO BE LOOKED AT THE SECOND TIME BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SERVICE GUY TOLD HIM, "DON'T WORRY IT'S COVERED AND STILL UNDER WARRANTY. HE HAS NOT EVEN GOT THE PAPERWORK FOR THE TAGS YET. HE GETS CALL FROM SERVICE DEPT. THEY WANT $500 FOR A BAD OXY SENSOR. THE PART COST $29. THESE ARE THEY SAME PEOPLE WHO SAID, "DON'T WORRY YOUR CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. NOW, A PHONE CALL IS PLACED TO THE SALESMAN. HE DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL. NOTHING HE COULD DO. OH REALLY? DID YOUR DEALERSHIP GET THE $2,000 PLUS FROM FINANCING THIS LEMON YET???????????? WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WELL, I AM AN EYE WITNESS. IF YOU ARE A GOOD BUSINESS WOULDNT YOU STAND BY YOUR WARRANTY ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU SOLD A VEHICLE THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT TO BEGIN WITH? THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DEFINITELY HAD BEEN COMING ON BEFORE THE PURCHASE AND AS THEY DID WHEN THE CAR WAS BROUGHT BACK THE FIRST TIME...……...IT WAS JUST TURNED OFF!!!!!! WHY THE CAR WAS A TRADE IN. THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH THE CAR (THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT) AND IT WAS TIME TO TRADE IN. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONCE THEY SALE YOU A VEHICLE AND YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT YOU GOT THE CAR BAD ENGINE AND ALL!!! I CALLED A FRIEND OF MINE THAT ALL HAS A BUSINESS ON STATE STREET AND ASKED ABOUT THE OXI SENSOR REPLACEMENT. HE SAID $500 FOR PART AND LABOR WAS A COMPLETE RIPOFF BY THIS DEALERSHIP. More
They care more about policy than customers I bought a used car that had a broken windshield and we discussed that it would be fixed as part of the exchange. The sales person told me to come in I bought a used car that had a broken windshield and we discussed that it would be fixed as part of the exchange. The sales person told me to come in tonight and they would give me a loaner car and fix my car during the day tomorrow. I traveled the 40 miles or so from my home with all of my kids to take it in and get it in so they can fix it tomorrow. Right when I got there, the sales person called me and told me that they have a policy that restricts them from loaning a car overnight to me and his management wouldn't budge on the policy. I'm in a Leaf and I dont have enough power to get home because I was expecting to take a different car home. I go into the office and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. If I would've been there 30 minutes earlier then they could've done something but no one told me that was the case before I left my home. They tried to charge my car enough so I could get home but their charger was broken. They told me to take a hike and find another charger somewhere else and they would try to solve the problem tomorrow. I had nowhere to go and I was stuck in this parking lot for about an hour with 4 kids screaming and crying at me wanting to go home, because management was worried they would lose their jobs if they were to do the right thing to help a customer. They've lost my business for the future because they forced me to cry in a parking lot late at night because they dont care about their customers. The salesperson tried to tell me that he would offer a tank of gas as compensation, but my car is electric so I dont even know why he offered. Stay away! More

They have run a credit check and result come with 845 which is excellent. However, I wanted to pay my care price in cash, but they push me to go through a loan with 6.99% interest with a high credit score. They sent my SUV plate to the wrong address and did not even contact me after it mail returned until I called them back and find out. Please very carefully and think twice when the plan to deal with this branch of Nissan. I have Nissan Rouge and happy with my car but this dealer found very dishonest and customer careless. I won't do any business with them and won't recommend to any of my friends or families. Please don't get fool with five stars because most of them could be from their employee or associates. thanks More

The vehicle we had wanted somehow was mislabeled as sold. The finance person added services to the contract that were not even approved or mentioned. The vehicle was not cleaned, had low tire, alignment and fuel light on and due to service not being there, could not help or guarantee to have it fixed, but added a $95 charge to our contract for the issues. We ended up with the car we were looking for,but so much more came with it. We paid to have the services done (alignment, tire, brakes, etc) because the vehicle was not in good shape. We could never get anyone to help us with fixing these and then due to other focused issues, were blown off. Basically, in the end, the dealership broke laws that are monitored by the Motor Vehicle Enforcement task. Due to return the vehicle, per the MVED suggestion, the dealership only got a slap on the wrist and a don't do again. The dealership never did an emission test for the vehicle before selling it to us but issued a temporary registration tag. They did not turn in the paperwork for registration (due to no emission test) and so no plates were issued. Everything was based, according to them, on a down payment issue. (Which was actually after researching, was inputted incorrectly and they tried to pull out of the wrong account) We had no idea that there were any issues until 10 days after having purchased the car, we received threats from the sales rep that our vehicle was going to be repossessed. We received multiple threats on that. They even went as far as to impersonated a police officer in hopes to scare us and that we would return the vehicle, left it on a VM. Sent multiple threats, texts sent cutting down who we were and harassing us. Then they pulled the contract from the finance company stating we broke the contract. Blames it all on the down payment issue. In the meantime, we found out in working with the MVED, the laws broken, and also how utterly unprofessional and ridiculous the staff at Tim Dahle was. (Including the GM, Finance Manager, Internet Sales reps and the finance person (who was no longer with the company right after we purchased the vehicle) After all the issues that occurred, they pulled the contract from the finance company but until they paid them, we were not released from the loan on the vehicle. It took over 3 weeks (after returning the vehicle) to release us on the loan and enable us to be able to get another vehicle. I am putting this out there so people know that Tim Dahle of Murray is very shady, unprofessional, and truly, do not have customer's best interest. Please be very leery going to this dealership!!
