However as we drove into Tim Dahle Nissan Murray we were greated with sincerity before even getting out of our car. Walking into the building, the manager assured us that they were going to find us a car, regardless of our bad credit. Then came Creighton Patterson, this young man did nothing but provide exceptional and professional customer service. He worked very hard to find us a car, took us on multiple test drives and at the end of the day found us a car! We are very impressed and so very thankful with every single member of the Tim Dahle Nissan Murray Team!!! They have definitely gained our business for life! More

We purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue SV in April 2018 from Tim Dahle Murray (and our third brand new Nissan in a row). Sales process was fine although the car had a large dent on the hood from delivery t from Tim Dahle Murray (and our third brand new Nissan in a row). Sales process was fine although the car had a large dent on the hood from delivery that wasn’t shown to us until after the paperwork was signed. Took around 3 months but they did fix the dent for us. At less than 10,000 miles, our Rogue’s transmission began a loud clunk noise when disengaging gears, and it also sputters and stalls intermittently. We’ve had it in to be looked at multiple times and are told this is normal behavior. It’s still under warranty (and we even have the extended warranty) but Tim Dahle will not even keep the car to diagnose the issue since it’s “normal.” Our last visit we were offered to take a large loss by trading the vehicle in instead of fixing it. We will not be back. More
I had them replace my brake pads a few month ago and they continued to squeak so I took the car back in, they told me the rotors need replacement so I did that. After two more months and several more visits continued to squeak so I took the car back in, they told me the rotors need replacement so I did that. After two more months and several more visits they are still squeaking 😡 Brake dust, my @$$! Full of excuses!!! More
