I wish I would have read reviews before I went here. Complete bait & switch, from going to their preferred lender to trying to add junk to the loan that's not needed. I was happy to find a nice car just a little outside of my budget at this location. I went in to test drive and discuss the car/financing, and went home. I texted two of the salesmen there, saying that I was willing to purchase the car for the advertised price, and was having a mechanic come out there the following day for a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed, and told me they were working on it. Then, maybe thirty minutes later, I received a text from one of the salesmen saying that they were raising the list price by $2,500 and would not honor the original price. After calling the manager, they attempted to pressure me into a different deal. Extremely unprofessional. More

Had my 2015 Juke oil / filter service done after arriving home I decided to check thing over. Found Engine oil level was at 3/4 mark on dip stick range, oil spilled around oil filler cap, valve cover, hose, home I decided to check thing over. Found Engine oil level was at 3/4 mark on dip stick range, oil spilled around oil filler cap, valve cover, hose, didn’t get car wash as before and very unhappy about the repair data storage fee of $2.75. Not sure if this is due to use of a discounted coupon / flyer they sent me. More
Excellent Service Department. I had the front end rebuilt on my truck. They had it done when promised and went the extra mile to test that it was done correctly. Purchased my vehicle in July of last year. I made an appointment like I was asked to. At the time of my appointment I was passed off to 3 different people. So my experience was not at a good s I made an appointment like I was asked to. At the time of my appointment I was passed off to 3 different people. So my experience was not at a good start. I had to come back 3 times to finalize my paperwork due to mistakes being made, one of which was my name being misspelled. I had gap, a warranty and oil changes added to this purchase. After less than a week of having the vehicle there was the need oil change notification so I figured since the purchase was so soon I would get the service done for free. Nope it costed one of the 3 oil changes I paid for. On top of that the oil change took 2 hours to do. A few months later the sales person sent me a follow up text to check on my vehicle at that time it dawned on me that I never received paperwork for the warranty or anything. Today I went In to get said paperwork. The poor guy who helped me did his best to get it for me. Now the issue was there isn’t details of the warranty. So I had to call the portfolio one to send me information on what plan I have. Quite honestly I don’t think I can fully trust this dealership. The service was beyond poor. I sucks that I have to go back to these guys for warranty repairs. More
