Used a bait car on car gurus to punk me into just going down there. Then magically it would not start so they couldn’t sell it now but they were so nice to tell me they had newer, of course WAY more expensive cars. I wish I would have read reviews before I went here. Complete bait & switch, from going to their preferred lender to trying to add junk to the loan that's not needed. I was happy to find a nice car just a little outside of my budget at this location. I went in to test drive and discuss the car/financing, and went home. I texted two of the salesmen there, saying that I was willing to purchase the car for the advertised price, and was having a mechanic come out there the following day for a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed, and told me they were working on it. Then, maybe thirty minutes later, I received a text from one of the salesmen saying that they were raising the list price by $2,500 and would not honor the original price. After calling the manager, they attempted to pressure me into a different deal. Extremely unprofessional. More

The driving range of my Leaf diminished substantially when I got it back from the dealership in Jan, after they repaired a problem with the electrical system. Had my 2015 Juke oil / filter service done after arriving home I decided to check thing over. Found Engine oil level was at 3/4 mark on dip stick range, oil spilled around oil filler cap, valve cover, hose, home I decided to check thing over. Found Engine oil level was at 3/4 mark on dip stick range, oil spilled around oil filler cap, valve cover, hose, didn’t get car wash as before and very unhappy about the repair data storage fee of $2.75.
