Took my vehicle for oil change; Tire rotation and transmission fluid service. Turns out that they didn’t rotated the tires and I let them know and they took back the vehicle inside to do that. My concern now is : if I noticed the tire rotation was not done : what about oil change and transmission Service ??? Do I need to take the vehicle to somewhere else and get a supervision about what they said have done in my vehicle just to make sure they did what they said ?? Now ; I think we don’t have to trust them 100% because they are skipping some process but they should be professional because they are the Dealerships and supposed to have a high standard quality in their service More

I am very disappointed in Tim Dahle service . My daughter got a car last fall and has had nothing but problems. She took her car in last Saturday to see why her gear shift was sticking first they quoted her got a car last fall and has had nothing but problems. Our 2018 Rogue had an unusual problem. It took a while to repair because they had to bring in a Specialist from out of town. The good news is that Dillon was very communicative throughout the process and Sta repair because they had to bring in a Specialist from out of town. The good news is that Dillon was very communicative throughout the process and Stan was kind enough to work with us regarding our lease and potential future buyout after the lease is up. Got the car back a few days ago and it appears that the problem has been fixed. We are very happy with tim Dahle Nissan, heck we have purchased four vehicles from this dealership. Ask for Josh as your salesperson as he is knowledgeable, friendly and fair. More

Im doing 1 star only because the sales person was nice other than that contract fees the gap insurance and final sales fees are trash when you see the services (gap,warranty) that they offer you place clo other than that contract fees the gap insurance and final sales fees are trash when you see the services (gap,warranty) that they offer you place close attention I got offered gap insurance because I guess it would have been the only way to get approved by a good credit union. Come to find out they never sold me the gap insurance that was charged to my loan it was a warranty service I was like wow to feel violated and scammed the way I was never again and I did leave an amazing review but I will be updated it now!
