Would not recommend this dealership and in fact has probably been the worst of any I have dealt with. First off they do the classic bait and switch. The price listed online or anywhere out there is only if you finance through them. In fact they jack the price up 2 to 3 grand for not financing through them. This is because they get a kickback from the finance company they shuffle you through. But to start from the beginning I called and asked Will for an out the door price. I am out of town and don’t have Time to drive down there and sit in a sales office for 2 to 3 hours. I told Will get me an out the door price and if the numbers work I will come down and pick it up I want this transaction to be as easy as possible. I don’t particularly care for the sales experience and want to make the transaction super easy. He said not a problem he would get me a price and send it over to me. Five minutes later a sales manager calls me leaves me a message and wants me to call him back. I was working at the time and was unable to answer the phone. I then called Will back after I got off work and he said he was no longer at the office and would send me prices over at 10 am. The next day at 2 pm I text Will to see if he had prices yet. He then responded and said the vehicle had been sold. I then text him back and thanked him for his help. Here is where my problem is, I was lied to about the vehicle being Sold. Three days later it is still online on there website. So I figured well maybe they just haven’t taken it down. So I had family go drive by the dealership and the vehicle is still sitting on their lot. So maybe they just didn’t want to sell a car or since I wanted to pay for it they didn’t want to deal with me because I wasn’t going to use their financing. Or maybe it’s I just didn’t want to play their dumb sales games. My suggestion is not to shop at this dealership. More
Was looking for a new car with an option that I wanted. Stop at the dealership and told the salesman that I was only looking, and ask him if any Nissan car had that option. He then showed me a Car and said that one had that option. I then saw a Altima (I had owned 3 Altima’s in the past)) and ask him if that car had the option I was looking for and he said yes it did. I drove the car and ask why that option did not show on the screen and he said it wasn’t turned on. I liked the car and with that option I said I would buy it. Which I did. I went back the next day because he had not showed me anything about the car and ask why that option didn’t show up. At that point the salesman went and got the manager who came out and told me no Nissan had that option. I then said I wanted to return the car after owning it on day and put 18 miles on it. I was told by the manager that I couldn’t do that, I had signed the papers. So I ended up buying a car that I didn’t want for 35000$ because the salesman completely lied to me. My advice is don’t buy from this dealer unless you have went over the complete instructions of the car and do not trust them, they will completely lie to you to get a sale. More

Horrible service department. Unable to diagnose problem so they charged to reset computer. Same issue continues to occur. If your smart do not buy from them they lie and are over priced and sell used vehicles as they got them from the previous owners. The truck we bought didnt start after we got it home. It was fried wiring and had many other problems besides that and would have cost thousands to fix. At least we got our money back after a huge battle. Thank you for doing that. The salespeople dont even know basic knowledge about the vehicles they sell. More
