Quoted me a different price for a key to be made and programmed (around $200). My son took the car in and they thought they would take advantage of him being 16, so they finished the key and it was $40 programmed (around $200). My son took the car in and they thought they would take advantage of him being 16, so they finished the key and it was $400!!!!! They didn’t quote him the price up front, just gave him sticker shock when finished. The previous day for my vehicle, they had lost my coolant cap and left my engine hood unsecured. I realized this on the freeway at top speeds as my hood was moving up and down. However, they did call me to tell me my fix was $850. So why didn’t they do that with the key the next day? Dishonesty and shoddy service. More

We were greeted by a friendly salesperson by the name of Dario (Dario is way too nice to be working at this dealership). After driving and agreeing to buy a used Maxima that’s when the nightmare began. Da Dario (Dario is way too nice to be working at this dealership). After driving and agreeing to buy a used Maxima that’s when the nightmare began. Dario told us our interest rate would be 3.99% and the price of the car would be $19,500. But it would only be this price if we financed through the dealership and would be $2,000 more if we financed through someone else. Whatever, we agreed to finance through the dealership and waited for our turn with Kameron, who is the lead Sheister, or service manager. He went over the terms of the loan and that’s when we found out our new rate would be 5.39%. We debated with him about this and he told us we could go through our credit union only if we paid for an extended warranty for $2,145 (they were bound and determined to get their 2K not matter how)! Other non-negotiable fees are 3 oil changes for $170, and a sanitizing fee for $299, are you kidding me?!? But Kaneron was sure to have a few good laughs with his buddies, at our expense I’m sure, while we were leaving. This has definitely been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all costs! More
We are in San Diego, California and Jose Banuelos helped us make the purchase within two days. He responded to all of our questions immediately and even sent a video of the vehicle for us to inspect. We f us make the purchase within two days. He responded to all of our questions immediately and even sent a video of the vehicle for us to inspect. We flew into Salt Lake City and Jose picked us up from the airport and took care of all of the details to make the experience stress free. 11 hour drive later the truck is safely back in San Diego. Great customer service. More
I explained when I went in that I needed a used vehicle that was to used temporarily to commute until the law suit over my previous totalled out vehicle has been resolved. Ends up they put me in a vehicle that was to used temporarily to commute until the law suit over my previous totalled out vehicle has been resolved. Ends up they put me in a vehicle that was just barely over the 70,000 mileage so it wouldn't qualify for the "Forever Warranty" so instead they added their own service contract, warranty and gap insurance without asking me if I wanted them and never provided any copies of the financing documents. Now that I am unhappy with the vehicle (it only gets 24 mpg vs 32 mpg they quoted) I find that I owe TWICE as much as the trade-in value. This place is definielty car sales at its worst!!! More
Would not recommend this dealership and in fact has probably been the worst of any I have dealt with. First off they do the classic bait and switch. They have the vehicle listed for one price but if yo probably been the worst of any I have dealt with. First off they do the classic bait and switch. They have the vehicle listed for one price but if you are going to pay for it or have your own financing then that’s not the price you get. The price listed online or anywhere out there is only if you finance through them. In fact they jack the price up 2 to 3 grand for not financing through them. This is because they get a kickback from the finance company they shuffle you through. But to start from the beginning I called and asked Will for an out the door price. I am out of town and don’t have Time to drive down there and sit in a sales office for 2 to 3 hours. I told Will get me an out the door price and if the numbers work I will come down and pick it up I want this transaction to be as easy as possible. I don’t particularly care for the sales experience and want to make the transaction super easy. He said not a problem he would get me a price and send it over to me. Five minutes later a sales manager calls me leaves me a message and wants me to call him back. I was working at the time and was unable to answer the phone. I then called Will back after I got off work and he said he was no longer at the office and would send me prices over at 10 am. The next day at 2 pm I text Will to see if he had prices yet. He then responded and said the vehicle had been sold. I then text him back and thanked him for his help. Here is where my problem is, I was lied to about the vehicle being Sold. Three days later it is still online on there website. So I figured well maybe they just haven’t taken it down. So I had family go drive by the dealership and the vehicle is still sitting on their lot. So maybe they just didn’t want to sell a car or since I wanted to pay for it they didn’t want to deal with me because I wasn’t going to use their financing. Or maybe it’s I just didn’t want to play their dumb sales games. My suggestion is not to shop at this dealership. More
