Don't let your grandma go to this dealership they taking advantage of the elderly. Dealership did not disclose the used vehicle was originally purchased out of the country until I flew 800 miles and drove back. I signed all the other paperwork at the dealership and prior to my trip. Making it a "grey market vehicle" meaning it has no factory warranty which is normally transferable, all recalls need to be dealt with in Canada and some of the smart app features do not work. I requested from the sales person and the finance person I dealt with to speak with a manager and 6 days later, no response from the manager. More

We've had 2 major repairs on our 2012 Rouge in the last month (sad day for us). One repair was a transmission replacement that took about 2 months to complete because the part was unavailable (supply chai month (sad day for us). Our service manager Brad Gillespie went out of his way, even giving us his personal number, to keep us informed on the status of the repair, a loaner vehicle, and he did everything in his authority to make sure we had the very best pricing. When we learned a second repair was needed just a few weeks later, he again went out of his way to communicate quickly and effectively with us and get the best pricing (given we had just spent a very large amount on the transmission) and provide a Lyft home from the dealership. The service team had the repair taken care of within a few hours of our approval. We have had consistently had positive experiences with Brad and the service team at Tim Dahle Nissan Murray and would highly recommend them. Especially the great deal on 3 oil change package and rewards program. More
