It’s so funny how Tim Dahl has posted all the good reviews (on purpose obviously). I am a die hard Nissan fan and will always have one but I will never go to this dealer again! We had to purchase 2 ve reviews (on purpose obviously). I am a die hard Nissan fan and will always have one but I will never go to this dealer again! We had to purchase 2 vehicles before we we were through . The first one we had to return because after only 7 days due to a very bad engine which they told us we needed to spend $8,000 to repair! Of course we demanded a “good” vehicle! We ended up getting a Pathfinder only to have to take it back 2 weeks later to replace a fuel injector which they charged us $1,100 for AND finding out (we refinanced w/our bank) that they added $10,00 to the agreed upon $23,000. Needless to say the agent (you who you are) and mechanic (replacing only one injector) when you buy pistons it is in a set of 3 and charged us for all 3) were so focused on $ instead of honest business practices we will never go there again!! More
Do NOT do business here! I spoke with Lucas on a BMW M3 that was listed on CarGurus. He said that price is if I had a trade in but he would still honor it. I was ready to put in my deposit and get a 3rd party PPI which he said I am able to get because I live in PA. But when he sent over the invoice, the price of the car was 2k more and he did not even mention about the price increase until I asked about it. VERY SHADY! When I asked him about the original sale price that he said he would honor it, he acted like he didn't say that and that there's no text or email proving that. He then proceeded to say the manager is willing to split the additional 2k cost but that's not the point when Lucas agreed to honor the original offer. Then proceeds to say he'll honor the original offer if I don't get a PPI. Upon some thinking, although a very risky decision, I called him back to agree to that offer but got immediately turned around and said he'd pretty much prefer selling it to someone where they can come back for servicing because obviously that's how they would be making their money. I'm thinking why would anyone bring their BMW M3 to a Nissan service? They saw I was interested and tried to make a few more bucks from me. At this point, I was frustrated and not interested in the car any more. I sent Lucas a screenshot of the text where he mentioned the original sale price and he then says to me "I have a different manager tomorrow that should do that deal". For anyone thinking about buying a car from these crooks, be wary and do your homework. More
I asked about a couple of features in my car after getting it serviced. Adam came out and answered all my questions and showed me features that I wasn’t even aware of. Who knew my car had all that?? I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. They had my vehicle done in just under 1/2 hour, but told me that my rear brakes needed to be done. Since I was already there (live 1.5 hours away & 45 minutes to the closest small town) I figured why not rather than try to come back. It was supposed to take about an hour or so, but at the 1.5 hour point I told them I had another appointment in 30 minutes so they gave me a loaner car. Other than dealer prices for brake jobs being higher than some other shops, and my final cost about $75 higher than the quote, it was convenient and the loaner car was a nice touch. More
I really like my sales man, but service department was sub par lately. I received a recall for the new car, called to see what I needed to do and get an appointment to get repaired. The service department asked for vin and made an appointment the following week to get fix. Took the car in and the acanned the vin and tell me the don't have the part and to set up an appointment while for another day while they order the parts in. Again I take the car in for the recall. I left it for the day and got a ride home. We get an email stating the car was finished. I got a ride back to the dealers before closing time and nothing was fixed. What is going on? They told me they ordered the wrong part(s). First when I made the initial call for the recall, they could have looked up the part and ordered the part without me coming in to scan my vin number. Seond trip, after dropping the car off all day and not having a vehicle they have the wrong parts? So I have gone to the dealership twice and nothing done. Well 3 and half weeks later I get a call the parts are in. Now I'm gun shy. Now I have to figure a time and date I can drop it off all day and be without a car. " again" Called the sales man and he was upset what had happen. He said he would find out what happened and take care of it. Obviously we know the service department dropped the ball. Waste of time in almost 4 weeks. I have no choice but to get it done here. Next dealer is further and setting up the car to be dropped off is getting to inconvenient. Sure they will drop you off at home, but then how do you get back when everyone is alone at work? Pray it will get fixed right this time and no more recalls. At least I will know what to do next time and be a little stingy about my time. More
