wish I could give negative stars here. They are robbers. Be aware that they will push up the asking price as far as $10,000, try to force you to pay for a $2,000 warranty, and a $1,000 covid fee! Grin is a Be aware that they will push up the asking price as far as $10,000, try to force you to pay for a $2,000 warranty, and a $1,000 covid fee! Grin is a complete xxxxxxx. Misogynistic males work here and they will threaten you, call you dumb, and they don't put the down payment on your vehicle. They pocket it. Had a $1,000 down payment they took from me. Should have reviewed my contract before I signed it but by that time I wanted the hassle to be over with. After I went home and reviewed it I noticed they didn't take the $1,000 off the vehicle and put it in their own pockets. The salespeople know absolutely dip xxxx about vehicles and couldn't answer any of my questions. I went in there with their presumption that I was just another dumb female who didn't know xxxx about cars. Unfortunately for them, daddy didn't raise no fool. If that was the case, I don't think I'd be willing to by a 1996 Ford Bronco. Went to test drive it and I had to go to the gas station with SJ to put in gas. Who doesn't already have gas in a car their selling?! When we tried to start it back up the battery was dead and they had to have another salesperson come and jump it. As they opened the hood I noticed they didn't have the right size battery and it wasn't bolted down. On the work order (We Owe You) I said It was pathetic to have to ask for the right size battery and have it properly bolted. I told them I wasn't buying the truck unless they put the right battery in, bolted the side of the bumper that was hanging down and replaced the bulb in my spot light (previous cop car). I had my own inspection done and the mechanic said It was well taken care of having been a previous fleet vehicle. The only major leak was coming front the transfer case. I went on vacation and mentioned this to Grin and they offered to change it for free with the expectation that everything on the We Owe You would be completed when I got back. I got back and the only thing that was done was the transfer case which I'm still not sure if they did and the battery. I said I'm not going to keep dropping my car off to get fixed. SJ assured me that if I dropped it off on the weekend it would all be fixed by Monday. When I arrived Monday Grin told me they weren't going to fix the bumper or spot light and had it crossed off on the work order as if it was never an agreement. I had to threaten then with the better business bureau and told them that I would keep coming back until we came to a resolution. After coming back multiple times, Grin threw the paper and pen at me and said fine, you write down that you will buy the parts, and we will fix it and compensate you. Went back for one of my "free" oil changes which was a scheduled appt that ended up taking over an hour. A service woman came to me and mentioned over 20 things wrong with my truck. I said what the xxxx? I bought this truck from you and you guys sold it to me with all these problems? I requested to see it on a lift and mentioned to her that the major problem was the transfer case leaking. She then went on to tell me that I don't have a transfer case and that old 4x4 sometimes don't have them. A 4x4 without a transfer case? I then said that's funny because you guys changed my transfer case fluid. She then yelled over to her coworker being nervous that I proved her wrong and said oh yeah here it is. They jacked up the price and fees from the listed $11,500 to $21,000. No one is going to give you a loan on a 1996 Bronco for that price. Wasted my time trying to find financing by going to credit unions and had to have the dealership bring the car in for them to inspect for them to even consider a loan. Was denied multiple times. After I confronted everyone about their wrong doings the salesman starting walking towards me as if they were going to physically escort me. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. SWITCH And BAIT. I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN TO GET ANYTHING FIXED AS IM SURE THEY WOULD xxxx UP SOMETHING ELSE More
I discovered that I was sold a car with a branded title. I would hope that a dealership would be honest enough to at least say if a car was in an accident or not. NEVER ONCE was this mentioned. I feel I would hope that a dealership would be honest enough to at least say if a car was in an accident or not. NEVER ONCE was this mentioned. I feel the customer service and "friendliness" was all a show. If I could give one piece of advice for this dealership. DONT' BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS. More

Worst car buying experience!! The car salesman lied and they add fee after fee to their bs price. We test drove the car and heard a sound that we were concerned about (the salesman heard it as well) so he they add fee after fee to their bs price. We test drove the car and heard a sound that we were concerned about (the salesman heard it as well) so he had someone look at it. A few minutes later another salesman came out and said it was just the spare tire was loose. We got home and noticed the sound again. We took it back and the service department told us they never touched it before that was just salemens bs! We still have the sound and of course when we went back no one even remembered us or wanted to help! More
In looking for my new vehicle, I found Isaac at Tim Dahle Bountiful. While I ended up purchasing my new Nissan from another dealer, I appreciated Isaac’s professionalism and courtesy. I have been searching for a new truck for 6 months. The lack of inventory/insane prices have been extremely frustrating. I have been checking with a multitude of dealerships every 2 weeks or so, and just lack of inventory/insane prices have been extremely frustrating. I have been checking with a multitude of dealerships every 2 weeks or so, and just recently found a dealer that was willing to accept my terms. I was also working with a salesman from Tim Dahle who said he would match the offer from the other dealership. I based my final decision off the dealership's location, which was Tim Dahle Bountiful. I grabbed my brother in law to drive my old truck and headed to buy my new truck. Filled out all the paperwork and handled the financing. Now it was time to take possession of my brand new truck, only to find out that it wouldn't be here for 3 weeks, (The other dealer was willing to deliver the truck to my house on Christmas eve). The online listing made no mention of the truck "coming soon", and the salesman said nothing about the truck being in transit until the paperwork was signed. After a few days of being angry, I contacted the salesman asking to get out of the deal and was told that isn't an option. If you are going to buy from this dealer, please make sure that you verify everything that matters to you, otherwise you may be stuck with an unacceptable deal. More
