If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We live about an hour away from this dealership, we called to make sure the Cadillac we were interested in was available. Jason assured us that it was available and to still come in even though the dealership would be closed by the time we got there. When we got to the dealership Jason was unavailable as he was with a different customer. Another sales man stepped in and informed us that the Cadillac we were there to see would not start, that should have been our first red flag to leave! The sales man showed my dad a grad prix that they just accepted on trade that we were unable to test drive because of the time, this should have been our second red flag to leave but my dad really needed a car so he visually inspected the car, started the car, and all seemed fine. He decided to continue with the deal. We sat around for about an hour and half as financing was finishing up with other deals. When they got to our deal we were informed that I would have to purchase the car as my dad does not have a DL. At his point I asked if they offer any military or veterans discounts as the car was now going in my name, they do not offer any discounts on used cars. Fine. I was rushed through the paperwork and was told "Sign here" Sign here" "Sign here" with no explanation to what I was signing, yes I should have read the paperwork and had them fully explain what each paper was but felt so bad because they stayed late to get us taken care of, because they just wanted our cash. I signed an as is buyers guide knowing there would be no warranty on the car. We drive the car home from Tooele and it sat Sunday because the dealership refused to give us any type of temp tag for transportation so I got tags Monday and the car was drove from Tooele to Salt Lake Tuesday and the engine blew up. I called the dealership and was informed by Mario that they did not do any type of safety inspection on the car to ensure that they sold us a vehicle that would even last my monies worth and was told by him "What did you expect? You purchased the car for 2k." I expected the car to last for more than a drive to Tooele and back to Salt Lake! There is nothing they can do for me and Mario was less than professional when I tried to express my frustrations on their shotty practices. More

Went in to buy a car and the salesman "LEKA" was awesome! Very polite and helpful in finding the car for me. He was not pushy at all. He really cared about what I wanted and what I thought about the car. Very polite and helpful in finding the car for me. He was not pushy at all. This is the most unprofessional, joke of a dealer I’ve ever had the inconvenience of walking into. They look like a sorry used car dealer with salespeople and managers that have no business being in custo ever had the inconvenience of walking into. Lie after lie came out of their mouths while they had explicit music blaring not from 1 but 2 locations inside the sales floor. Worst experience of our lives! Thank god there are good dealers close by that helped us with purchasing a vehicle the same day. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER!! It’s like a frat party that any normal person would throw up at the sight of. Once again. For your own sake STAY AWAY!! More

I felt extremely uncomfortable and knew from their behaviors that they would give me an unreasonable price for the car (I was correct). I went straight to Ken Garff and bought my Murano instead that evening. They lost a customer for sure! More
I was told when purchased warranty I could take it anywhere to have it fixed. Now that I need something fixed they are saying I have to take it to them, if they diagnose something that would NOT be co anywhere to have it fixed. Now that I need something fixed they are saying I have to take it to them, if they diagnose something that would NOT be covered by warranty I woudl have to a $175 diagnosis fee. This was not told to me at time of purchase. And you dont know if it will be covered UNTIL the diagnostic is done so possibly waste $175 to be told it wont be covered so now pay to have it fixed on top of the 175 .... rip off I see where they make their money now More
