This car lot needs to be shut down IMMEDIATLEY! I got taken May 27, 2023 of this year and I'm at an age, I'm never going to be able to recover from the situation they put me in!.I can't even keep the job I love because I cannot afford the gas and upkeep for the car they slammed me into but I also can't find a job making enough to make the car payments! They completely ruined my life for the rest of my life! "ALL FOR THE DOLLAR" NOT ONE OF THEM HAS ANY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS , "NOT ONE!" For the customers with good reviews , I would look into your contract a lot closer because they are out for blood , no one that goes here is getting off easy, they will take you for everything they can , and the worst part is, they sleep better at night knowing they made an extra x amount dollars , ALL OF THEM ARE LIARS and CON ARTIST! I received a letter in the mail stating they wanted to purchase my Nissan Rogue for an x amount of dollars and that they would finance me a brand new one at %0. The salesman informed me that the letter was from the prior weekend but that he would talk to his boss and see if they could still honor it. He got back on the phone and said "His boss had thousands of dollars left over from the sale and they would still honor it and to come down. I told the salesman I love my Nissan Rogue that I currently have , I'm just hoping to get leather because I have grandkids and clothe is too hard to keep clean. When I arrived he had a beautiful Nissan Murano pulled up and ready to go. He was also excited to tell me it was going to get better gas mileage than my Rogue , that it was a 3.3 instead of a 4 cylinder. Because I had also told him on the phone that I use my car for work and so I need a car with great gas mileage that takes regular gas. I took it around the block , and was ready to take their offer that the letter stated. He came back to tell me I was twenty-thousand negative , but not to worry he had two perfect cars that were bought way book and would eat up all my negative equity and would get me into a good situation, and make it so I wasn't tipped. "TIPPED is the exact words they ALL USED! The salesman showed me the Lexus on line and said it wasn't there, but that he would go get it,as soon as we agreed on numbers. From there it all happened so fast! We did some negotiation , he introduced me into finance , said he was going pick the car up. Meanwhile I had at least 15 employees on me , shaking my hand telling me congratulations on my new car, reiterating what a better situation I was going to be in, and how I wasn't going to be tipped anymore, over and over. When I went into finance , he told there were camera's to protect him and I both. So I asked him on camera ," Am I going to be in a better situation?", not so tipped. He said yes .When were done, the salesman walked me out to the car, opened the door and basically shoved me in it ,no walk around , no test drive , just shoved me in and closed the door. I said wait what if I don't like it. He said take it camping , if you hate it , which you won't , bring it back and we'll get you into something else. The car was disgustingly dirty, I couldn't even see out the windows but it gets worse!It shakes like crazy on the freeway, it has balled.splitting tires, a cracked windshield, scratched rims, burn holes, when I go through the car wash the interior fills up with water, the paint is peeling off,you can clearly see where they bonded it back together , over spray is on everything, there are parts hanging below, the maintenance warning has been on since day one!When I told the salesman I didn't want it, he didn't care. They offered to fix my windshield!I'm stuck with a $54,000 car and I still owe them another $1000! THEY GOT ME GOOD! More

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. They are deceitful, will admit that they lied to you but won’t apologized or tried to make things right. Add $1,800 to their listed price for the "no worry warranty" they make you buy. They tell you that if you finance with their preferred lender, you can save $1,000 -- which is totally false. They won't disclose all of their fees to you until after they make you wait for hours. Even though you ask repeatedly to see all their fees and the interest rate, they won't tell you. Instead, they play this game where they write down numbers and a monthly payment on a piece of paper, and then they go away for 30 minutes to talk to some bro in the business office. Then, after going back and forth, and waiting for three hours, you finally get to see your interest rate which is 2% higher than you can get elsewhere. Then, without disclosing to you, they will try to slip in an extra $600 for a theft recovery plan system and a third pulsing brake light. When you protest, they make you wait again while they go talk to the bro in the business office, because they don't know if they can take off those extra fees. Don't waste your time. Shop somewhere else. More
!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE AND PLEASE READ!!! This is hard to write as it could have been avoided. I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger with less than 25k miles from this dealership on 5/31/23 from out of state (CO) write as it could have been avoided. I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger with less than 25k miles from this dealership on 5/31/23 from out of state (CO). they told be the things I wanted to hear and the truck was appealing as it had some nice upgrades. I then was told the advertised price is only for financing customers while I wanted to pay cash I entertained them and moved forward on the deal. Upon closing on paperwork pretty late in the evening so I could hep them out by getting another sale for the month I kept encountering more and more "fees" associated with the sale. They were able to help out on a few of them and assured me their hefty inspection covered a whole list of items that Brad read off to me, so it did give me a little comfort buying from out of state. Needless to say that inspection was a lie and upon receiving the vehicle it had A LOT of issues for an A+ quality priced vehicle. such as: I was told the vehicle would be detailed and it was not at all. which allowed me to find the remnants of vinyl graphics "etched" all over the truck, including a dragon on the hood. A pretty aggressive vibration around 55-65mph. Body damage on both lower rear portions of the truck bed. Damage on the roof with visible rust. Missing safety equipment on the front of the vehicle. Crumbs and other debris under seats and stuck in between trim pieces. A cracked right rear tail lamp that also has the "radar" built into it. Stains on the drivers seat and passenger seat. Lastly in the past day the front brakes have begun screaming like a banshee while reversing. To make the situation even better they have pretty much ignored me until finally getting a hold of Mitch (online sales manager) and he told me he was going to reimburse me for a detail if I get one performed locally in CO, and he had a friend at Ford to help with a taillight and lastly the GM would help with vibration. I responded with "that is great but there is still substantial body damage to the truck bed that was not disclosed and i would like the fee paid for the "inspection" refunded back to me". Well after about 2 days of radio silence I got in touch with Mitch and he informed me "they didn't make enough money on the deal to help out". so it looks like that was just more lies told to me. I put trust in Micheal, Brad, and most of all Mitch and the dealership to make this out of state deal happen on what appeared to be a nice truck with less than 25k miles, but they are crooks and clearly don't care about customer service and will tell you lie after lie to make a deal happen and their wallets fatter. I hope by writing this and continuing to write reviews and file complaints with the BBB I can save someone else from having an experience like mine by just shopping elsewhere. I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP HERE! More
1st they advertised one price and then when we went to start negotiations. They started at a price $2500 over advertised price. They said parts were ordered for the vehicle. When I later followed up on the parts. They claimed they didn't have any parts coming and no repairs had been part of the deal. Worse over two months later still hadn't paid off my trade in and now I have a late payment. More
