They charge 1700$ to 2200$ on top of the price of the vehicle becouse they said they do a 165 point inspection and they will try to put it into the finance. ZERO STARS! !! 9/9/2023, my Husband & I traveled 2.5 hours to go look at a used vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle we went over to initially look at was in re !! 9/9/2023, my Husband & I traveled 2.5 hours to go look at a used vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle we went over to initially look at was in really bad shape. (Should have been my first clue) So they decided to try to put us into something else, after sitting at the dealership for 8+ hours, we finally got a vehicle (we thought was the best one) After driving the vehicle back home (2.5 hrs), the oil light came on saying 3% life left on the oil. Hmmm? After being told that the service dept goes thru everything in/on the vehicles before selling it. (LIES) I got to drive it for 3-4 days & the vehicle started overheating & would not stop. So we had to park it. The general manager (very very unprofessional individual) told us to bring the vehicle back over to Bountiful & they would look at it. We tried but vehicle was over heating so we took it to a local dealership. Come to find out the vehicle needed a thermostat, water pump, battery, & oil change. Also the warranty was all messed up & wrong. The GM decided the take it upon himself to pay for all the first set of repairs out of his pocket, which I told him not too. (That should have been other clue). I got the vehicle back on a Tuesday afternoon & had to take it back that following Thursday morning bc the PCM burned out. When I contacted the GM he told me he would try to find the part cheaper for us but he never did & he never made any other contact regarding it. So we (my husband & I) had to pay for that repair $1700 later. We proceeded the go back to the dealership (2.5 hrs away) to try & get a resolution from them. When we got there, they took us into the finance manager’s office to wait. After a few minutes the Sales Manager came in & told us we have 2 options!! My husband said no we have one option. He (sales mgr) said NO, you have 2 options…1) we can walk out. OR 2) he will have us removed. Mind you, we were only able to drive this vehicle maybe 1 month out of 4.5 months!!!! TOM DAHLE NISSAN BOUNITFUL UTAH IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!! More

Please please please DO NOT buy a car from Tim Dahle. It has been the worst experience I have ever had. I found a car that I liked and thought it was a good car at their dealership in Bountiful. I live in Southern Utah and told them I needed a reliable car to drive to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake every couple of weeks for my child's procedures. They assured me this car was a good one and while my baby was at Primary Children's having a procedure, they were pushing me to come in and buy it. They were telling me they would give me a great deal but would never tell me the full "deal" they were offering unless I came in to talk to them.(I should have known then). I left my baby at the hospital with my mom to go to the dealership and talk to them. I emphasized that I needed a GOOD RELIABLE car to make the drive so often. They assured me this was a great car and I trusted them. When you buy a car with them, it comes with 3 oil changes. Within a couple of weeks I noticed if you leave the car running the cab filled with a strong fume smell and it started running a little weird. Before it was time for an oil change I checked the oil and it was low so I had to add oil. I called them to schedule an oil change while I was up there for another procedure and told them it was burning oil. They did the oil change and instead of looking into it burning oil, they told me they would see if it was still happening next time. Of course it was still burning oil so I called them again. I spoke with a sales person who told us to drive up there and they would make it right. I told them our budget and he said they they have 20 cars in that range and that he would find us something new. My husband and I took work off and found a sitter for our kids to drive 3.5 hours to the dealership. When we got there they told us they would give us $2000 trade in for the car they sold us that had problems. We would lose the down payment we put on our car and pretty much the whole value of the car they sold us. They only gave us one car option to test drive and it ended up being thousands of dollars over budget. The same budget that he told us they had 20 cars in. They kept us there for hours listening to lie after lie. It was all a HUGE lie. Everything they said the day I bought my car and everything they told us the day we drove up there was a LIE. They wasted our time and money just to try and get us in the dealership and lie to us. Now I have an unreliable car that I have to add oil to to be able to make it to Primary Children's on a regular basis. Again I will say PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO NOT buy a car from this dealership. More

I felt they (the entire team) were upfront with all the costs and fees associated with the purchase of my vehicle. We were impressed with the "Forever Warranty" which made us more comfortable in buying a used car. I worked with Trey and Jacob in sales, and both guys were helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. My wife and I then worked with Ryan, the GM, with the overall pricing of the car and he gave us a great deal that worked with our budget. Everyone was friendly and made us feel like we mattered and that they had known us for years. We appreciated the low pressure sales and laid back vibe. We will definitely recommend this place to others and will buy from here again! More

This car lot needs to be shut down IMMEDIATLEY! I got taken May 27, 2023 of this year and I'm at an age, I'm never going to be able to recover from the situation they put me in!.I can't even keep the job I love because I cannot afford the gas and upkeep for the car they slammed me into but I also can't find a job making enough to make the car payments! They completely ruined my life for the rest of my life! "ALL FOR THE DOLLAR" NOT ONE OF THEM HAS ANY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS , "NOT ONE!" For the customers with good reviews , I would look into your contract a lot closer because they are out for blood , no one that goes here is getting off easy, they will take you for everything they can , and the worst part is, they sleep better at night knowing they made an extra x amount dollars , ALL OF THEM ARE LIARS and CON ARTIST! I received a letter in the mail stating they wanted to purchase my Nissan Rogue for an x amount of dollars and that they would finance me a brand new one at %0. The salesman informed me that the letter was from the prior weekend but that he would talk to his boss and see if they could still honor it. He got back on the phone and said "His boss had thousands of dollars left over from the sale and they would still honor it and to come down. I told the salesman I love my Nissan Rogue that I currently have , I'm just hoping to get leather because I have grandkids and clothe is too hard to keep clean. When I arrived he had a beautiful Nissan Murano pulled up and ready to go. He was also excited to tell me it was going to get better gas mileage than my Rogue , that it was a 3.3 instead of a 4 cylinder. Because I had also told him on the phone that I use my car for work and so I need a car with great gas mileage that takes regular gas. I took it around the block , and was ready to take their offer that the letter stated. He came back to tell me I was twenty-thousand negative , but not to worry he had two perfect cars that were bought way book and would eat up all my negative equity and would get me into a good situation, and make it so I wasn't tipped. "TIPPED is the exact words they ALL USED! The salesman showed me the Lexus on line and said it wasn't there, but that he would go get it,as soon as we agreed on numbers. From there it all happened so fast! We did some negotiation , he introduced me into finance , said he was going pick the car up. Meanwhile I had at least 15 employees on me , shaking my hand telling me congratulations on my new car, reiterating what a better situation I was going to be in, and how I wasn't going to be tipped anymore, over and over. When I went into finance , he told there were camera's to protect him and I both. So I asked him on camera ," Am I going to be in a better situation?", not so tipped. He said yes .When were done, the salesman walked me out to the car, opened the door and basically shoved me in it ,no walk around , no test drive , just shoved me in and closed the door. I said wait what if I don't like it. He said take it camping , if you hate it , which you won't , bring it back and we'll get you into something else. The car was disgustingly dirty, I couldn't even see out the windows but it gets worse!It shakes like crazy on the freeway, it has balled.splitting tires, a cracked windshield, scratched rims, burn holes, when I go through the car wash the interior fills up with water, the paint is peeling off,you can clearly see where they bonded it back together , over spray is on everything, there are parts hanging below, the maintenance warning has been on since day one!When I told the salesman I didn't want it, he didn't care. They offered to fix my windshield!I'm stuck with a $54,000 car and I still owe them another $1000! THEY GOT ME GOOD! More

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. They are deceitful, will admit that they lied to you but won’t apologized or tried to make things right.
