Umair was an awesome salesman. We had been to several other dealerships and never received as much attention to our needs as we did from Umair. He really did listen to what we were looking for and never other dealerships and never received as much attention to our needs as we did from Umair. He really did listen to what we were looking for and never tried to steer us to another vehicle that we were not insterested in. We came in knowing what we wanted, and he truly delivered. More
We believe that truly no car buying experience is "Great". We went in planning on buying out our lease and found out there were costs associated with buying it out that were not listed in the origin "Great". We went in planning on buying out our lease and found out there were costs associated with buying it out that were not listed in the original contract. Also, because of past experience with the service department, we have not had an even "ok" experience with Christopher Nissan. However, we will work to move past those horrific experiences and hope that our new Murano will be treated and taken care of by others as they would wish their own vehicle to be serviced. Umair was very patient with a customer that was some what difficult. I'm sure he took a number of deep breaths and stayed on task. More
New Frontier, bought essentially online due to distance of dealer from home. Very helpful and willing to work with my via email which is rare. The truck is great. I wish I had lived closer so I could have of dealer from home. Very helpful and willing to work with my via email which is rare. The truck is great. I wish I had lived closer so I could have spent more time trying out the trucks. Process was not as painful as the pre internet days of hours of back and forth price haggling. They posted videos of the actual trucks from the day of my interest, which made it possible for me to decide that one truck really looked nothing likethe stock truck I thought it was. Phew! All in all a great experience. More

Then, a salesman, his name is Umair (great news guy) emails and Brian's did phone call me and made me believe they really wanted to change my experience of my first visit. I went back to the dealer. Mainly because the car my wife and I wanted was in their car lot. I really wanted to own a Nissan. I'd have a personal experience with a Nissan auto. They accepted a trade of my 98 Nissan Altima with 243,896 miles. I love my old car and it was the car of my life. Umair help us get the deal of a minivan. We got down to the monthly wanted payment. And we purchased a Nissan Quest and we are happy. I do wish the negotiation would it be faster. I had all my finance pre-approved. Also I had two kids with me and trying to make a deal, at one point my kids were tiered and they (Umair and David) treat my boys well, offer them water, soda, very nice. So at the end it was a very good experience, a nice car, nice price and I am their new customer. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! I’ll be back! P.S a hat, cleaning stuff or a T-shirt would it make it super nice. More
I needed to get some service done on my Nissan Versa. I had called around to all the local Nissan Dealers to get an idea of what my price was going to be. The work I was getting done was pretty basic, I ne had called around to all the local Nissan Dealers to get an idea of what my price was going to be. The work I was getting done was pretty basic, I needed my smart keys and remotes programmed. After having a terrible experience with the Ken Garff group, I called up to Christopher Nissan and found their staff to be quite pleasant, and more than half off the other Nissan dealers. I live about 50 miles from Christopher, but they were willing to program my keys and my remotes (two of each) for $55! Ken Garff wanted $110 to program the keys, and another $20 to do the remotes. So it was WELL worth my 50 minute drive to save $75!!! I was so happy with their service, I'll likely make the trip up there again if I need service in the future. Thanks Christopher Nissan! It's dealerships like you that make me feel good about getting service done at the dealer! More
