I was looking to purchase a new vehicle but was not sure what I wanted. Brian Goff showed me a few and was very patient as I test drove each one of them. We spent the day test driving trucks similar to the ford F150. This was about our 4th stop and I had alot of questions our sales guy could not answer. He got their Truck expert, amir I think, cant really re F150. This was about our 4th stop and I had alot of questions our sales guy could not answer. I asked him alot of questions, and told him my plan of test driving all the different manufacturers before making a decision. I told him my next stop is the Toyota Tundra, and he became very pushy. He asked my why I want to pay 3000 more for a truck, told him I would if the truck felt better, he kept at it and at that point I told him I wanted to go because I felt he was being VERY pushy. This angered him, he kept it up as we walked to my car, and at that point I told him I am leaving. He got very close and asked how many cars I bought and I had never seen a Real pushy salesman before. I told him to step back, at that time he told me to get off his car lot. I said were leaving again, then he said get the F**K off his car lot. We left, bought a Toyota Tundra for 3000 more. More

Our Salesman Umair was great! Found it refreshing that a dealership sat down with us before we started looking at cars to make sure what we were thinking was going to work out, instead of showing the cars f dealership sat down with us before we started looking at cars to make sure what we were thinking was going to work out, instead of showing the cars first and then getting us to fall for one then going in for the kill so to speak. He went above and beyond in trying to find us a car when the 2011 wasn't quite what we wanted. Got a call back from him two days later stating that they just had a 2010 model come in equipped how we wanted and that we were the first people he thought of. Umair made the sale run smooth and easy. This is our second purchase from Christopher Nissan. Our first was our 2008 Titan. Traded that one in on the 2010 Murano. Thank you again Umair. We believe that truly no car buying experience is "Great". We went in planning on buying out our lease and found out there were costs associated with buying it out that were not listed in the origin "Great". Also, because of past experience with the service department, we have not had an even "ok" experience with Christopher Nissan. However, we will work to move past those horrific experiences and hope that our new Murano will be treated and taken care of by others as they would wish their own vehicle to be serviced. Umair was very patient with a customer that was some what difficult. I'm sure he took a number of deep breaths and stayed on task. More

New Frontier, bought essentially online due to distance of dealer from home. Very helpful and willing to work with my via email which is rare. The truck is great. They posted videos of the actual trucks from the day of my interest, which made it possible for me to decide that one truck really looked nothing likethe stock truck I thought it was. Phew! All in all a great experience. More
