Terrible Customer Service We purchased a warranty from this dealership and in May we needed to use it because the transmission started to fail on our Nissan Rogue. We took our vehicle in for service on May 23rd and we were told it would take two weeks to fix it. After two weeks we called and asked for an update and were informed that they were still working on the transmission. We called again the following week and were told that they still hadn't been able to do the repairs and nor could they give a timeline for the repairs. On the 15th of June almost one month later we called again to express our frustration and ask for an update. We were apologized to and told that they would arrange for us to have a rental car through Enterprise and that they would cover this expense. That day they sent someone from Enterprise to pick us up and take us to the rental offices to arrange for a rental car. On the paperwork we signed with Enterprise we acknowledged that Jerry Seiner Nissan was accepting financial responsibility for the car. We accepted and took the car that day. We routinely called the dealership to ask for an update on our vehicle and inquire. Again and again we were told that they had not had a chance to complete the repairs. In fact at one point we were told that we could pick up the car no July 3rd. On July 3rd we called to confirm that we could pick up our vehicle and we were told again that our vehicle was not ready. At this time they asked how the rental car was working and if we had any issues. Finally on July 10th we were able to pick up our vehicle from the dealership. While we were picking up our Rogue we talked with the service department and were asked to return the rental car that day. We returned the car on July 10th at 5:40 pm and received a receipt from Enterprise that said we owed nothing and that Jerry Seiner Nissan was responsible for the payment. Today on July 26th we were called by Enterprise and were told that Jerry Seiner is now refusing to pay the amount owed for the rental car. After talking to Enterprise we found out that this dealership has done this to 60+ customers and they are trying to collect over $45,000 due to issues with Jerry Seiner Nissan. You cannot trust this dealership. They have been avoiding our calls and have not returned our messages and we have left several with all of the managers at the dealership. Again take your business elsewhere, they are disrespectful and dishonest. If I could give them zero stars I would. We went into the dealership to speak with someone directly to resolve the issue and the manager would not come to the desk to talk to us. He told us over the phone they were working on it. Still waiting to hear that the issue has been resolved. More

Dishonest and Unloyal I bought a car from them that required some basic service a month later. I scheduled an 11 o'clock appointment and was told to wait around it would on I bought a car from them that required some basic service a month later. I scheduled an 11 o'clock appointment and was told to wait around it would only be 45 minutes. It's 230 now, I'm sitting in the waiting area and no one cares about my worries. No effort has been made to explain why this ha's taken 3 hours longer than expected. I was just told it will be another 2 hours at least. This isn't even a real dealership. They are buying all their parts from Ken Garf as I sit here. More

I came over to Christopher Nissan after having a horrible experience at Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. Our salesperson, Joseph, was very thorough and honest in our deal. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan P experience at Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. Our salesperson, Joseph, was very thorough and honest in our deal. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder for a fantastic deal and the sales manager there ended up finding us financing which was much better than we already had lined up. We were initially hesitant to run our credit again because of our experience at Ken Garff Honda, but they did and ended up getting us a better rate and allowed us to buy the Pathfinder we wanted. I have to say after buying about 10 vehicles in my lifetime, my experience at Christopher Nissan was bar none the best overall customer service and transparent deal I've ever had. Great job you guys! More

I really wasn't sure if I should lease or not. I wanted a nicer car and Brian made sure I was still staying with my budget. He compared different cars to the one I wanted. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle but was not sure what I wanted. Brian Goff showed me a few and was very patient as I test drove each one of them. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew for my financing which was super easy and quick. Danny, the used car manager gave me a great trade-in for my car and the price he offered was the best. Christopher Kia/Nissan has a great team of people working for them. They do not pressure you, instead they make you feel like you are in complete control of the purchase. I will most definitely refer my friends and family. I use to purchase all my vehicles from Ken Garff but that wont be happening anymore. Thank you Brian, Andrew and Danny for the best experience ever. This dealership was friendly, helpful and refreshing. More
We spent the day test driving trucks similar to the ford F150. This was about our 4th stop and I had alot of questions our sales guy could not answer. I asked him alot of questions, and told him my plan of test driving all the different manufacturers before making a decision. I told him my next stop is the Toyota Tundra, and he became very pushy. He asked my why I want to pay 3000 more for a truck, told him I would if the truck felt better, he kept at it and at that point I told him I wanted to go because I felt he was being VERY pushy. This angered him, he kept it up as we walked to my car, and at that point I told him I am leaving. He got very close and asked how many cars I bought and I had never seen a Real pushy salesman before. I told him to step back, at that time he told me to get off his car lot. I said were leaving again, then he said get the F**K off his car lot. We left, bought a Toyota Tundra for 3000 more. More
