Clayton, was extremely helpful and prompt in helping me with whatever I needed, and was knowledgable with any questions I had. All of the other present staff was also very friendly and personable. Cord had me in and out with the necessary signed papers, with a full understanding of what it was I was "signing my life away to." Thank you so much for the experience! Highly recommend this location. More

I will be honest and say due to some very unfortunate circumstances and a pile of medical bills... My credit is not great. However, I had just returned from Military Training and wanted my wife to have a very safe and very reliable car. I knew getting financing was gonna be difficult. After some back and forth and A 4,000 DOLLAR DOWN PAYMENT, they said they were able to find some financing. Interest was high but especially with the snow I wanted the best for my wife. This was in January so I provided my paystubs from December. For some reason this wasn't good enough. So I provided verifiable income from 4 DIFFERENT SOURCES. Showing an income greater than what I stated and been approved on for the loan. They gave us the car even though they hadn't gotten the financing while telling us they we were good to go. I went back and forth with this dealership for a month. Eventually, it didn't work out and we have to return the car. Understandable. Now they want to charge us 2,000 DOLLARS even though the car can be sold for the exact same price. I know nothing is free and I understand some fees, but 2,000 is absolutely ridiculous. My wife and I need our down payment back to get another car.... Now we are stuck and stressed out of our minds. Way to take advantage of the little guy, Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful. More

I can understand that it wasn't one that they were going to make a lot of profit on, and just wanted to get rid of it, but the least they could do was tell us when they did, instead of leaving us in the dark. Staff also seemed unenthusiastic. Most dealerships I go to, the staff is excited to sell, but the people I worked with seemed bored. Very disappointed and a waste of time. I won't be going back, simply because of the lack of communication. More

Hidden Useless Fees At first I was please with this dealership, they listened to my needs and accommodated accordingly. We came to an agreement on a car for my son which was me paying full asking price, non the less was still a descent deal. It was a Saturday and I was somewhat being rushed through the process, which normally I welcome. I did spend a good amount of time speaking with the sales manager, he was nice and seemed trustworthy. I explained that I lived 50 minutes north and felt the car was the worth the drive. All was well until I got home and realized I was charged a $99 dealership maintenance fee, $299 VTR ( vehicle theft recovery) and a $289 dealer doc fee. I was only aware of the dealer doc fee. I was never spoken too about a maintenance plan which I would’ve surely declined because I live too far away. I have spoken to other car sales persons and 9/10 say VTR is a waste of my money and the dealers get huge kick back for selling the service. I called several times and spoke to several people but never anyone of help in the end now my calls are ignored. All and all I will never even consider going back to this dealership. Buyers Beware!!!! Check every line of the sales sheet!!! More

They can't tell you what it will cost to pay cash. They ask you to sign paperwork agreeing to buy the car if the price is agreeable before even telling you what the price is. You then have to wait for a finance person to come over because the sales people don't know the prices. It's insane. No one would ever put up with that to buy any other product. More
Terrible Customer Service We purchased a warranty from this dealership and in May we needed to use it because the transmission started to fail on our Nissan Rogue. We took our vehicle in for service on May 23rd and we were told it would take two weeks to fix it. After two weeks we called and asked for an update and were informed that they were still working on the transmission. We called again the following week and were told that they still hadn't been able to do the repairs and nor could they give a timeline for the repairs. On the 15th of June almost one month later we called again to express our frustration and ask for an update. We were apologized to and told that they would arrange for us to have a rental car through Enterprise and that they would cover this expense. That day they sent someone from Enterprise to pick us up and take us to the rental offices to arrange for a rental car. On the paperwork we signed with Enterprise we acknowledged that Jerry Seiner Nissan was accepting financial responsibility for the car. We accepted and took the car that day. We routinely called the dealership to ask for an update on our vehicle and inquire. Again and again we were told that they had not had a chance to complete the repairs. In fact at one point we were told that we could pick up the car no July 3rd. On July 3rd we called to confirm that we could pick up our vehicle and we were told again that our vehicle was not ready. At this time they asked how the rental car was working and if we had any issues. Finally on July 10th we were able to pick up our vehicle from the dealership. While we were picking up our Rogue we talked with the service department and were asked to return the rental car that day. We returned the car on July 10th at 5:40 pm and received a receipt from Enterprise that said we owed nothing and that Jerry Seiner Nissan was responsible for the payment. Today on July 26th we were called by Enterprise and were told that Jerry Seiner is now refusing to pay the amount owed for the rental car. After talking to Enterprise we found out that this dealership has done this to 60+ customers and they are trying to collect over $45,000 due to issues with Jerry Seiner Nissan. You cannot trust this dealership. They have been avoiding our calls and have not returned our messages and we have left several with all of the managers at the dealership. Again take your business elsewhere, they are disrespectful and dishonest. If I could give them zero stars I would. We went into the dealership to speak with someone directly to resolve the issue and the manager would not come to the desk to talk to us. He told us over the phone they were working on it. Still waiting to hear that the issue has been resolved. More
