And on top of that they added thousands for “shop fees” for “things done to the vehicle recently for example oil change and air filter”. After the manager of the sales department wasn’t happy with our negotiation he walked away with our shaking my hand even though I had intentions of purchasing the car. With all that said the salesman were very nice and helpful however they said I would be covered if anything happened in the first three thousand miles. And I had issues with the ignition 2 HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT IT and they would not do anything about it..... would not recommend More

Everything seemed fine on the test drive, vehicle ran awesome and Mario had nothing but good things to say about the previous owner and the condition of the vehicle. After giving me the run around for a higher down payment (offering me an alternative car that matched the down payment I initially quoted knowing I'd turn it down and accept the higher down payment) we settled on a price. Whilst going over financing aside from all the hidden fees I discovered they had increased the sale price from $5000 to $5300 without telling me. I was displeased with the dealerships dishonesty, but thats not even the worst part. ONE MONTH AFTER PURASING THE CAR THE TRANSMISSION DIED OUT. I bought the vehicle as is and understand the assumption of risk when doing so, but one month?? Come on... I wouldn't recommend Tim Dahle Nissan to anyone. They're dishonest, deceptive, and they sell bad vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM TIM DAHLE NISSAN. PERIOD. More
Poor Customer Service There are some serious ethical concerns with the people who work here at Tim Dahle Nissan. Never in my life have I seen such shady business practices There are some serious ethical concerns with the people who work here at Tim Dahle Nissan. Never in my life have I seen such shady business practices all around. After signing a contract for a basic model car and having them say that we were approved at one rate, they came back a couple days later and said that we needed to put down another $5k. We said no way and returned the vehicle. They then proceeded to return only a PORTION of the down payment, saying that they needed to charge for the mileage on the car. This was strike 1. Upon getting our trade in car back from the dealer, we see that they cannot locate our license plates. They said that we would have to go to the DMV and get replacement plates. This was strike two. After a few days we reached out to them again to get them to pay for the replacement plates that they had lost. A simple reimbursement for their incompetence. They then proceeded to tell us that we would need to REMOVE the negative Yelp review that we had posted informing the world of their shady practices. Really? To get the money back for something that YOU guys did, I have to now censor myself and my experience from the world? Not even me, but also those around me. Because I needed my money back from them, I decided to oblige them on their request. I deleted the Yelp review and went in to get the check. After speaking to their representative, they wanted me to sign a piece of paper that said that we (or anyone else that we knew of) could not post negative reviews on any social media. We stormed out of there in a hurry. That is an embarrassing business practice to try and coerce us into staying quiet after they made the mistake. The world needs to know of these shady practices. They had the chance to make this right and change our mind, but failed to deliver a good customer experience. More

Tried to discuss contract with them 14 hours later for clarity and only thing they would say was "the contract's already gone through." Stuck us with $4000.00 of extras. Too bad we were naive and trusting. Horrible! More
You can give it a try, but don't deal with Brad Fawson I was working with Brad Fawson. I supplied him all the information he asked, but then stopped responding. Maybe the numbers were not going to work, bu I was working with Brad Fawson. I supplied him all the information he asked, but then stopped responding. Maybe the numbers were not going to work, but he also did not sound very bright. I plan to speak with Tim Dahle corporate management because he was also a bit unprofessional. More

The add on Ksll’s website said 2004 Nissan Sentra $2999.00 I offered $2600 after driving the car. They left us sitting for 45 minutes told us sorry they were short staffed then proceeded to tell us they wouldnt take the 2600.00 because they want 3500.00 for the car. I said you are aware that you have this listed online for $2999 he said yes it’s because it’s been through the shop. Yes that was also posted in the add. Talk about a waste of time and misrepresentation. I would not refer my worst enemy to this dealership. It’s unfortunate that Nissan put their product with these scammers. More

I'd been given quite the run around at the Southtowne location, so I didn't have high expectations. Clayton, was extremely helpful and prompt in helping me with whatever I needed, and was knowledgable with any questions I had. All of the other present staff was also very friendly and personable. Cord had me in and out with the necessary signed papers, with a full understanding of what it was I was "signing my life away to." Thank you so much for the experience! Highly recommend this location. More
Taken advantage of bit time As I have stated before, true customer service is not based on when things go well. It is based on when things do not go well and how it is handled. As I have stated before, true customer service is not based on when things go well. It is based on when things do not go well and how it is handled. I will be honest and say due to some very unfortunate circumstances and a pile of medical bills... My credit is not great. However, I had just returned from Military Training and wanted my wife to have a very safe and very reliable car. I knew getting financing was gonna be difficult. After some back and forth and A 4,000 DOLLAR DOWN PAYMENT, they said they were able to find some financing. Interest was high but especially with the snow I wanted the best for my wife. This was in January so I provided my paystubs from December. For some reason this wasn't good enough. So I provided verifiable income from 4 DIFFERENT SOURCES. Showing an income greater than what I stated and been approved on for the loan. They gave us the car even though they hadn't gotten the financing while telling us they we were good to go. I went back and forth with this dealership for a month. Eventually, it didn't work out and we have to return the car. Understandable. Now they want to charge us 2,000 DOLLARS even though the car can be sold for the exact same price. I know nothing is free and I understand some fees, but 2,000 is absolutely ridiculous. My wife and I need our down payment back to get another car.... Now we are stuck and stressed out of our minds. Way to take advantage of the little guy, Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful. More

I can understand that it wasn't one that they were going to make a lot of profit on, and just wanted to get rid of it, but the least they could do was tell us when they did, instead of leaving us in the dark. Staff also seemed unenthusiastic. Most dealerships I go to, the staff is excited to sell, but the people I worked with seemed bored. Very disappointed and a waste of time. I won't be going back, simply because of the lack of communication. More
