I was excited to come in and look at the car we have been wanting. After going in and deciding to purchase the vehicle it was a good experience until it wasn't. We told our salesman that we had our own fin wanting. After going in and deciding to purchase the vehicle it was a good experience until it wasn't. We told our salesman that we had our own financing, so our salesman told us that since we have our own financing then they would have to charge us an addition $1,200.00 because they get a kick back for every sale that they find the financing for. I was okay with this $1,200.00 at the time just so i could have it through my bank. We signed papers and we were on our way. A week later I call my bank regarding this auto loan and they stated that they haven't heard back from Tim Tahle Nissian Bountiful. I contacted the dealership and they said that they got me a better rate through a different credit union and it has been finalized. I called my salesman (Mitch) and finace guy (Brad) and requested money back since they put the fee of $1,200.00 on my loan for the kickback and are now getting a kickback from the bank they got the loan from. I kept getting told by Brad and Mitch that they promise to give me a call back however, I would never receive a call back from either of them. After dealing with the run around for 2 weeks I finally contacted the manager (Ryan) he assured me that he would get this issue taken care of for me and gave me his number so I could text him for updates on the process (he had to talk to the general manager) a few texts were exchanged and he got it approved to write me a check. I have reached out to him multiple times with no response. When we purchased the vehicle they had a "we owe" list of things we wanted them to fix on the vehicle in order for us to purchase it. We reached out multiple times for us to get it fixed and a month and a half later they finally set up a day for us to take the car it. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday and was supposed to get it back on Saturday but then we recieved a call on Friday stating that the car wont be ready until Monday night. So we set it up to get it Tuesday morning. When we confirmed on Monday about it being done, we were informed it wouldnt be done until Tuesday afternoon. I then went to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday afternoon and had to wait because the car wasnt ready, finally the car was done and we went to go out to inspect the car and a trim piece was hanging down (wasnt like this when we dropped it off, we took before and after pictures in their parking lot) since the trim was hanging I had to wait for them to fix it in order to leave. Got in the car to find out the stereo was all the way up and they used all of the gas we had in the tank by taking the vehicle off the property which when we dropped the vehicle off we have recording of them saying it wasnt going to go off the property. We reached out to the salesman Mitch and service guy wanting to know why there were extra miles put on the car and we were told two different stories. We wouldnt have cared if the car went off the property, just would have been nice to receive a call stating that it was going to leave when we were told that it wasnt going to. We have not heard back from our salesman Mitch since we reached out about the two different stories. I recommend everyone steering clear from this location. Once the deal is done the salesman, finance and manager don't care about you. Save your time and go to another dealership like I wish I did. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! The biggest group of scam artists in on place I've ever seen. Sell you a car that has issues they knew about promise to fix the issues then won't cover anything and tell you artists in on place I've ever seen. Sell you a car that has issues they knew about promise to fix the issues then won't cover anything and tell you it's your fault. Very expensive lesson in trusting even if you knew them. Now you really do. Just go somewhere else More
******BUYERS BEWARE*******You do not have to get any ******BUYERS BEWARE******* You do not have to get any kind of warranty on your new/use auto in order to get financing or extra coverage. But GAP is a ******BUYERS BEWARE******* You do not have to get any kind of warranty on your new/use auto in order to get financing or extra coverage. But GAP is a must.. Make sure you get everything in writing, I mean everything in writing even if is a license plate cover, a set of pens, or anything they promise. DO NOT TRUST their words. I have been dealing with them over a year on trying to get My miles paid as part of my trade in and in return I leased two vehicles with them within days. This will be my 6th lease with Nissan. They had promised that it was all taken care of and not to worry.. at that time Nissan had changed their software. After a year of trying to resolve this issue the only way they want to help me resolve it is if I, or someone close to me buys another vehicle from them. "They Will Be Able to fix this Issue" I was upset and told the sales person for a whole year you were giving me the run-a-round to bring you the paperwork from Nissan so that your Finance manager would take care of it but then nothing happen.. Now I need to get another vehicle in order to fix this issue when I have proof that you promised the miles where going to be taken care off. Why would I lease two vehicles knowing that I owe money!. At the end the sales employee and manger blamed ex-employees that are no longer there for this mistake. Their all nice when they ask you to give them 100% survey reviews. Now I have a negative impact on my credit report and have to come up with out of pocket expenses. I will be Filling a CFPB and Better Business Bureau Complaint. Please go to your local financial institution to get your financing done before you have the dealer help you with the financing. I have always had a bad experience with Tim Dahle Nissan Dealers. More
I went to this dealership on the premise of the forever warranty. When I arrived I had no idea my credit was so good. Our first clue should have been a Little Old Man walking around pleasantly but concerne warranty. When I arrived I had no idea my credit was so good. Our first clue should have been a Little Old Man walking around pleasantly but concerned that he had been taken advantaged of. Assistant Manager Mr. Grin quickly corralled him away from us. My salesperson Mitch started the magic trick off by redirection. Never once showed me the price of the car, even when I asked. His statement was "If we keep the payments between 350-360 would that work for you." I did say yes and they have you sign the paper, while I am asking for the total price. They did not tell me my trade in offer either until I was in the finance office to sign my papers. They did not tell me the price of the car until I was in the finance office. My fiance noticed the rims on the car were horribly scarred. I was about to put a stop to the whole thing but kind Assistance GM Grin came to the rescue with statements of "we will do this, we will do that." Now lets talk about the finance robber, named Brad. Who just starred at me from across the desk like he could care less about anything I had to say. He put every useless products on my car, permaplate, brake plus, key loss, which I know for a fact I said no. I am now in one year older, yes less miles but not nearly as nice as my trade in. By the way, they would not even give me the $1400 dollars required to pay off my lease to break me even, they put it on top of my loan. I am in a 84 month loan at $353 dollars a month. Today I took it to another dealership in Murray for my first 3,000 mile, $300, free oil change and guess what? My transmission is blown and brakes and rotors as ruined. Yes, warranty will pay for the transmission but of course not the brakes and rotors, that will be $500 dollars. How in the world did this car pass inspection? Oh, that's right Utah got rid of safety inspections. How convenient for a dealership like this...I have no idea how they sleep at night. Sincerely, Oh Yeah There Are Friendly Robbers out there!!! They move through car deals so fast your head spins and you don't know what your signing for until it all comes out in the end. By then it's too late and you have been taken. Buyer Beware....Buyer RUN Deceitful and Incompetent Wish I could give negative stars. Buyer beware....buyer RUN! If you do come here, bring a legal representative. They are all about money, the custom Wish I could give negative stars. Buyer beware....buyer RUN! If you do come here, bring a legal representative. They are all about money, the customer is ZERO priority to them! Deceitful, all words but do not follow through. Epic FAIL and returning phone calls, or even mailing license plates when I called two separate times with two different people. I bought a car here and was WAY upsold on a warranty. Even though I stated I did not want to purchase a warranty, I was told "I had to have one" and that it was "included." Then I was charged for it. Cord, the finance guy gave a "quick summary" (aka LIED) and scrolled down to the "sign here" page. I attempted multiple times to communicate with them about the error and I was told "if we don't sell a warranty, we will loose money." Its like going to McDonalds and trying to order a burger, only to be sold fries, nuggets, a burger, and a shake because "I have to have one" and "its included!" Then I get my receipt and I get way over charged and I try to correct it only to be ignored and given false promises and told "we have to sell you more food you didn't want, or we will loose money." ALL the employees here need to go back to business school 101 and learn basic, honest, customer service and redo the business model with the CUSTOMER first, not there own pockets! More
Kyle Madrid is a serious liability to your business and should be removed. The vehicle we purchased for my teenage daughter just that day had multiple issues and failed to pass emissions when it left the l should be removed. The vehicle we purchased for my teenage daughter just that day had multiple issues and failed to pass emissions when it left the lot. I said I had enough and wanted to get my money back. Kyle refused. I mentioned the lemon law and he said he wouldn't do anything. I will admit I swore, but then Kyle entered my personal space (within inches) in a threatening manner. He started yelling "you think your tough? who do you think you are?" He was red-eyed and told me to "get the xxxx out of his shop!" repeatedly. I honestly felt he was going to hit me if I didn't leave. On my way out he kept shouting "as is, as is." Kyle needs to be held accountable. He has major rage issues and I feel he will eventually assault a customer. He did all of this in front of my teenage daughter who was sobbing. No wonder this business has a literal F from the Better Business Bureau. More
Dishonest People, Pre-Owned Experience - Do not suggest Tim Dhale Nissan Bountiful website listed a pre owned vehicle for price $15.5K and while browsing the site, it also gives a printable $500 off msrp co Tim Dhale Nissan Bountiful website listed a pre owned vehicle for price $15.5K and while browsing the site, it also gives a printable $500 off msrp coupon on used vehicle. Called the sales guy and talked to confirm the out the door price with purchase price of $15.5K it will be $17.6K as per him and they offered they will deduct the coupon as well. Based on this discussion went to the shop directly, asked for the same agent talked before, nice greetings and showed the vehicle, agent then gathers all your information including address, salary, SSN etc and asked me to sign a few forms which they said is to confirm the readiness of purchase today. Then the fun part begins, agent took all the paper and left, came back after 5 minute, written in that the OTD will be $19.6K which is 2K above the price initially discussed for a $15.5K purchase price car. I asked for the breakdown, they told blindly title, reg and it also includes around $890 service fee for obtaining the Worry Free/Life time Warranty per their advertisement. I told as per their website, this is included in all used car purchase below 75K miles with $0 and showed the video. But they are saying this $890 is for the service to make your vehicle up eligible for the Life time warranty, which is an absolute lie. During negotiation, they told me that they will try to deduct that $890 at the max from the OTD but do not honor the $500 discount. So after the negotiation, the asking OTD price was around $18.6K which is again $1.5K above the price initially discussed which was $17.1K OTD inluding the $500 discount. As a final request told them if they can do $17.1K OTD am in and buying right now, else am out. The agent then brings another agent and that guy started saying we cant give you the car for free, that is what you are asking etc. I told the fact that, I came to the shop after confirming with them on the OTD price of $17.6K and agent also told that they will consider the $500 off coupon available online. Which is exactly am asking and not for free. With this behavior from the agent, decided to walk out from their shop. Just wasted 2 hours of my time and 30 miles drive for this dishonest people. More

This business is full of crooks from the top all of the way down to the people answering phones for them. They bait and switch, change numbers and say they can just reprint and change your contract to suit them. These guys are very condescending. More
