I wish I could give 0-stars. This is without a doubt the most dishonest and shady dealership that I have ever done business with! Do not buy here you will be taken advantage off. I wanted to pay cash for most dishonest and shady dealership that I have ever done business with! Do not buy here you will be taken advantage off. I wanted to pay cash for a used car for my daughter but was told the price was $1,800 more than what was advertised unless I financed it through them so they could get a big commission from Capital One. My rate was 7.9% when I could get 2.9% from any number of banks or credit unions as I have an 800+ credit score. They told me to just pay the balance down immediately to almost $0 but not to pay it all off for six-months or they would lose their financing commission. If this is how they treat their financing partners ask yourself how are they treating you? In addition, there was a refurbishment add on to the advertised price of $1,200? So basically, if I want to pay cash for a car it is $3,000 more than the price they advertise it at? Also, they added a number of other fees hoping I would not notice and did so many other shady things that I don't have enough words left in this review to include. If you read this review and still do business with Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful then I am sorry but you have been warned. Dishonesty at this dealership has been raised to an artform. More
Work was fast and good but in the end im giving them 1 star for being dishonest and not transparent and costing me 3500 bucks. I brought my 08 xterra in for a bad ecu that needed to be replaced. They ord star for being dishonest and not transparent and costing me 3500 bucks. I brought my 08 xterra in for a bad ecu that needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and finished the Xterra a couple days, which was impressive btw. They said nothing about what caused the ecu to short out and when i picked up the car they said this is an oem part and has a warranty under nissan. I paid over 1700$ for the work and i was on my way home. When i got home i plugged my bully dog tuner back in, because of course they needed to unplug it to reprogram the new ecu, and what do you ya know my new ecu starts having the same symptoms as the last one. If they would have mentioned maybe "oh, the ecu is not covered by the warranty if a tuner is installed" or maybe "don't plug that tuner in because that caused the issue", i would have never hooked it back up! So i got it towed in for the second time, they looked at it and he said the ecu was fried, and they traced it back to the bully dog, could they not trace it back the first time!? Or maybe mention that the first time!? I guess not... They want another 1700$ to replace it and the warranty won't cover it. Ya it seems like a very easy, sly, non transparent way to get a bunch a of cash from someone, i feel like they withheld information on purpose and used me. Not to mention that was the first experience i ever had at the service department at any dealer, and for sure i will never go back to a dealer after that. More
Most dishonest dealership ever, they lie about the price then add all these supposed "options" to break even as they put it, say they went over those options, but did not. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle then add all these supposed "options" to break even as they put it, say they went over those options, but did not. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Buyer BEWARE! I went down to look at a $10,000 Jetta instead the Jetta was gone and I ended up looking at a Nissan Altima. My price was around $10,000 the salesman talked me up to about 13,000 and after doing all their was gone and I ended up looking at a Nissan Altima. My price was around $10,000 the salesman talked me up to about 13,000 and after doing all their paperwork on an iPad and unpronounced to me the price ended up being $17,000 which I didn't find out until I heard from my bank a month later. These folks are totally unprofessional dishonest and have no integrity. More
I was met and treated with kindness and expertise. Dixie was very good yuck to take care of my needs and suggest further service that was due shortly. She saved me another trip to the dealership. The wait was very good yuck to take care of my needs and suggest further service that was due shortly. She saved me another trip to the dealership. The wait time was as was explained and the offer to take me home was ext need and I refused it as I had a book to read. The car was finished and delivered to me on time and fully prepared for my continued use. More
same BAD experience as others-they use ipad to hide fees. they suggest things and add them onto the price without you specifically agreeing to them. got charged more than listed due to "getting it ready" f they suggest things and add them onto the price without you specifically agreeing to them. got charged more than listed due to "getting it ready" fee for a vehicle that was under warranty and needed nothing from them. also got scammed on the 'flashing brake light' and a service to disinfect the vehicle that was $1000 and has to be used in a certain time period. we did not expect to be scammed so badly by a "reputable" dealer and i'm very disappointed. don't buy from here--go to somewhere where the price is up-front and doesn't have added fees on it when you walk in the door. pay attention to what you are signing. truck has some kind of weird wobble when going over bumps that wasn't apparent in test drive on smooth pavement, and is likely a design flaw since the truck is new and suspension is not worn out More

Like deception? Like games? Like "internet prices" that are not honored unless you pay for ad-ons? Like being required to buy warranties? Like paying extra if you pay cash or don't use "dealer-arranged f are not honored unless you pay for ad-ons? Like being required to buy warranties? Like paying extra if you pay cash or don't use "dealer-arranged financing"? Like being required to finance entire purchase without allowing a down payment? Like getting multiple (3+) phone surveys? Like wasting your time? My experience: Didn't buy a car due to the following. Internet Price $17,222. Actual "out the door" price $21,751. To get the internet price, Tim Dahle reps would not allow a cash purchase and required financing the car through their "dealer-arranged financing" using "likely no credit-unions" - otherwise pay $1,300 more than the "internet price". AND, to get the "internet price" there was a requirement to pay for each of the following: $350 "Drive Pur" fee for one year, $129.99 "One year maintenance program", $199 for "Brakes Plus", $299 "Key Replacement", and $299 for "VTR Transfer". The $17,222 internet price was really $19,799, Add dealer doc fee, taxes, and license and the price was $21,751. More
