I was met and treated with kindness and expertise. Dixie was very good yuck to take care of my needs and suggest further service that was due shortly. She saved me another trip to the dealership. The wait time was as was explained and the offer to take me home was ext need and I refused it as I had a book to read. The car was finished and delivered to me on time and fully prepared for my continued use. More
same BAD experience as others-they use ipad to hide fees. they suggest things and add them onto the price without you specifically agreeing to them. got charged more than listed due to "getting it ready" f they suggest things and add them onto the price without you specifically agreeing to them. got charged more than listed due to "getting it ready" fee for a vehicle that was under warranty and needed nothing from them. also got scammed on the 'flashing brake light' and a service to disinfect the vehicle that was $1000 and has to be used in a certain time period. we did not expect to be scammed so badly by a "reputable" dealer and i'm very disappointed. don't buy from here--go to somewhere where the price is up-front and doesn't have added fees on it when you walk in the door. pay attention to what you are signing. truck has some kind of weird wobble when going over bumps that wasn't apparent in test drive on smooth pavement, and is likely a design flaw since the truck is new and suspension is not worn out More

Like deception? Like games? Like "internet prices" that are not honored unless you pay for ad-ons? Like being required to buy warranties? Like paying extra if you pay cash or don't use "dealer-arranged f are not honored unless you pay for ad-ons? Like being required to buy warranties? Like paying extra if you pay cash or don't use "dealer-arranged financing"? Like being required to finance entire purchase without allowing a down payment? Like getting multiple (3+) phone surveys? Like wasting your time? My experience: Didn't buy a car due to the following. Internet Price $17,222. Actual "out the door" price $21,751. To get the internet price, Tim Dahle reps would not allow a cash purchase and required financing the car through their "dealer-arranged financing" using "likely no credit-unions" - otherwise pay $1,300 more than the "internet price". AND, to get the "internet price" there was a requirement to pay for each of the following: $350 "Drive Pur" fee for one year, $129.99 "One year maintenance program", $199 for "Brakes Plus", $299 "Key Replacement", and $299 for "VTR Transfer". The $17,222 internet price was really $19,799, Add dealer doc fee, taxes, and license and the price was $21,751. More

Dishonesty abound This is not one of those irate, punitive reviews; but a genuine WARNING to everyone to not fall victim as we did. We bought a used Mini from Mitch who although friendly is either very naive or just downright dishonest. We were promised the car had been "fully checked out and verified all is working" and that when we return to pick it up the car will be "registered and given temp plates". Over the course of the following week while we waited to get the door paint repaired Mitch began to back peddle to the point of - "come get it we are doing nothing". When the door was finally done, I pick up the car now with a blaring engine light that was not there before, oil leaking and noise. And Mitch no where to be found and no help from dealership. How did this happen? He sold us a "tax and tow" without disclosing or explaining it. They sold under the guise of "As-Is". And when this deception and proof was shown to management, they simply dismissed all that was said and promised and backed up by a witness, because of a signed document that they added a note in ink after the fact with no explanation. So I gave my teenage son a hunk of metal that will never leave the garage. You can expect shady sellers when buying off KSL but should be able to trust a dealership. Be warned. More
I’ve never been treated so terrible by a salesman in my entire life. James, “Jimmy James” is a complete disgrace to Tim Dahle’s otherwise reputable name. He lied to us about what was and was not includ entire life. James, “Jimmy James” is a complete disgrace to Tim Dahle’s otherwise reputable name. He lied to us about what was and was not included in the asking price, insulted us for wanting a 60 month finance term vs 72 month, and straight up called us liars when we outlined our financing rate/terms with the current Nissan I have. How often do you hear of a salesman storming in the finance office to y’all at his customers who were moments away from finalizing the deal? Baffling. The immense disrespect and lack of general customer service was enough for us to walk away from the deal with zero regret on the spot. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. There are SO many Nissan dealerships in Utah! I’d suggest shopping at literally any other one. More
Had a great experience. SJ Johnson was really patient and helpful with my dad who is sometimes harder to explain things to. The absolute WORST experience. We confirmed the price of a car several times (verbally and in writing) and told them that we would fly out (during this pandemic!) the next day, buy the car then drive the 10 a car several times (verbally and in writing) and told them that we would fly out (during this pandemic!) the next day, buy the car then drive the 10 hours home. Here we are on our layover with a text saying the price was a mistake and it would be $9k more than the price we discussed. What?! We said you’d better figure this out before we get there. When we arrived, the dealership was completely unprofessional - all the salesmen were sitting around on their phones, desks a mess with food, etc. Long story short, we came up a bit on price and they came down a bit but not as much as we wanted. So we walked out and had to buy plane tickets home. Just a $1000 round trip for nothing... thanks, Tim Dahle!!! Two other things that show how terrible this dealership is: 1) when we went to look at the car we wanted to buy, it was filthy inside. Crumbled up chips in the cup holders, dusty exterior. 2) these moron “salesmen” couldn’t even come up with alternatives for us... they had a similar used Armada in the lot plus an Infiniti that we saw on the website that NO ONE could even think to show us. We would have loved to see those and probably bought one so we wouldn’t have to get on a plane again. I’m glad they didn’t though, I’d rather give my money to anyone else but them. More
