Service department is amazing I brought my g37 (that I purchased from them) in over the weekend to have my rear breaks, air filters, and some fluids done. As soon as I called and said I heard squeaking coming from the tires they told me to come right in. I was there in 20 minutes, they had a tech check out the car for me, and we determined it was the rear break pads. Karie sat with me and scheduled the appointment, she was a pleasure to work with; very thorough and courteous throughout the whole experience. I brought the car back on Saturday and dealt with Jesse, I have interacted with him a few times in the past and cant get enough of the guys energy. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars, but even more importantly, he is awesome to be around. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of, and I certainly was. Both Karie and Jesse talked to Chaz, the service manager, about taking care of a few items on the list of to-do's for me; as a good faith gesture. Chaz gladly approved them and even came into the office to introduce himself and let me know that I would be treated like a valued customer. Overall, incredible experience with the sales department initially, and now the service department. It is a wonderful feeling when you walk in to your dealership and are treated like a friend from beginning to end; not just on the day of the sale. I can say with confidence that my car will be serviced at Tim Dahle Infiniti for as long as I have it and I know she will be well taken care of. He straight up told us about the vehicle we were interested in without trying to exaggerate the facts. He never tried to talk us into anything that we didn't want. He was a great liaison and wanted to help us get a fair deal...fair for us and fair for his company. Everybody wins!!! Go anywhere but here! I will preface this with I LOVE Infiniti cars. That being said I wish I would've purchased any other car brand because of this awful dealership! You think at a high end dealership you wouldn't be dealing with some high school educated shady salesmen. But surprise, surprise they are no better than the scuzzy used car lots all down state street. Although I have a full email thread of agreement between me and the salesman he pulled a bait and switch and I fell for it. They also double charged me for everything and weren't concerned at all until I made a ruckus and didn't give me the full trade that they had quoted me in writing. Finally the GM got back to me and he was as bad if not worse than the salesman. Although it is clearly in writing in the emails he made up a whole fabricated scenario. I strongly advise you to go to Audi, Acura or across the street to BMW to avoid this shyster dealership. I will be contacting the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. More

Great experience, great people, great product I found the exact car I wanted online by utilizing the inventory tool available on the Tim Dahle Infiniti website. I waited for the weekend to go check it out and couldn't be happier about the experience. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly greeted by Brent Lloyd after he spotted us arrive. Brent was very nice, diligent, and not pushy whatsoever. I have purchased a few cars in my life and had my fair share of unpleasant experiences due to the sales representative. The car I wanted had not arrived at the dealership yet because it had just posted to the inventory page the day before. Brent and his team immediately got on the phone and had the car delivered to dealership within 30 minutes, mind you, without knowing if I was going to actually purchase it or not. The price was right, the car looked great, and the dealership gave me a more than fair appraisal for the 2013 Nissan Sentra I was trading in. The financial aspect of this experience went unbelievably smooth, Craig Blackson the GM and Angala Selley the financial manager were as awesome as Brent to deal with. There was no back and forth banter, Brent gave me the best price he could initially, we waited for everything to get approved, I was given a great interest rate, and on my way home in my beast of a car. The most notable aspect about my interaction with this dealership was the sense of normalcy, everyone I dealt with talked to my girlfriend and I like real people. We had real conversations and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I walked out feeling refreshed and happy about my purchase, not frustrated and full of uncertainty. I am excited to now be a part of the Infiniti family and to know that I will be going to Tim Dahle Infiniti for all of my future automotive needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for an Infiniti, ask for Brent Lloyd and he will take care of you. More
