My complaint with Tim Dahle Ford is with their contracting and Finance department. I bought a used truck from them. The deal included a $350 charge for Drivepur cleaning service. In the contract I contracting and Finance department. I bought a used truck from them. The deal included a $350 charge for Drivepur cleaning service. In the contract I am allowed $300 of that back if I am more than 50 miles from a dealership (which I am) They also charged $299 for anit-theft protection. The contract also allows me to cancel that service which I tried to do. But I was told I had to get form for their finance department. Finance calls me and tells me that they will not allow me to get a refund on these two charges even though it is in the contract. Now knowing how these people treat their customers I could never recommend them or buy from them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL! More
Great salesman, great dealership. Most dealerships try and get the most out of you before you walk out the door. These guys are not exception. This was my worst car purchasing experience ever. I purchased a 2021 Mustang Mach 1 and it was broken when I drove the car off the lot. I purchased the car on Oct 6 and it still sits at the dealership purchased a 2021 Mustang Mach 1 and it was broken when I drove the car off the lot. I purchased the car on Oct 6 and it still sits at the dealership broken. The service manager ordered a replacement head, but used the wrong part number according to the lady at Ford Customer Relations. No one from management has ever contacted me about the repairs on this car. Their diagnosis was incorrect from the start with the floor sales manager telling me that the noise coming from the engine was typical of a high performance car. I should have read your reviews before I purchased a car at this dealership. Run away as fast as you can. More

Great buying experience with Mike Mahan at Tim Dahl. He was always responsive to all of my emails and phone calls in arranging my purchase. I am an out of state buyer, and because of delays in registration was always responsive to all of my emails and phone calls in arranging my purchase. I am an out of state buyer, and because of delays in registration (maybe due to covid), I ended up with $454 in late penalties. I asked them if they could help me with this. 2 days later a check for the full amount was delivered to my house. Mike is easygoing and great to work with. The management showed real character in responding to my concerns. I will look first to them for my next vehicle purchase. More
RUN! Run as fast as you can AWAY from this dealership. We were interested in a brand new F-150 truck. This dealership had the right truck. On the dealership's own website, we entered our trade-in VIN, We were interested in a brand new F-150 truck. This dealership had the right truck. On the dealership's own website, we entered our trade-in VIN, etc. and were provided a trade-in value. We decided to drive to Spanish Fork. We drove the truck and wanted to pursue purchasing the truck. That's where all the shenanigans started. 1) They would not honor their own website's trade-in value. Mind you our trade was an immaculate 2019 Ford F-150 with less than 4,500 miles. 2) They added in $1,900 in add-ons to the MSRP. $299 for brake plus (flashes a few times warning other drivers to begin braking - what?) + $299 for VTR (VIN window etching) + $795 UCI/PDI (prepping and inspecting a brand new vehicle - again, what?) + $350 for COVID sanitization + $149 for worry-free maintenance (3 oil changes) = $1,892 in added profit over and above the fact they are asking MSRP for the vehicle. This is highway robbery. This is not our first rodeo - we've purchased more than 30 vehicles in the past 30 years with most of them being brand new ones. NEVER have we been charged for a brand new vehicle to be prepped, inspected and prepared for sale. NEVER have we paid for the VTR (window etching) that most dealerships do automatically in the hopes that you'll take the bait. NEVER have we paid for the brand new vehicle to be sanitized. NEVER have we been charged for something that the dealership feels they should add to warn other drivers that we are braking. We attempted to negotiate all of their add-ons and the dealership refused to budge. We have read many reviews about this DISHONEST and SHADY dealership. NEVER will we do business with Tim Dahle if this is how they operate. They should be ashamed of allowing and encouraging this type of shady business to occur! More
