My husband found a 2010 Mercedes E350 online and he then, spoke to Jimbo H. We went in to see it and got to drive it without him accompanying us and we did a lengthy, good test drive. Jimbo was a great salesman and went all out to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We highly recommend this professional, affable gentleman who delivered the car to us in Neptune Beach. We were not able to take it ourselves day of purchase, so it got delivered. That is GREAT customer service. More

My mother and I found this dealership on Car Gurus. Everyone in the dealership was polite and spoke and Hunter was a pretty good salesman being that he was fairly new. After test driving the car we noticed that the car had some power steering issues which took longer than expected to fix. Driving over a hour to get to the dealership we had expected to leave that day with the car but due to the repairs we were told to come pick it up the next day around noon and was promised lunch for the drive back, a tank of gas and a good car wash. The following day we were told that the car will not be ready until 4. When we arrived the car was still not ready, we never received the lunch we were promised, the car was not cleaned, the jack and the spare tire cover was still in the trunk and there was no gas in the car. Hunter claimed to had taken the car for gas but still didn’t fill tank up. Although I’m happy with my purchase I don’t like feeling as if the sale is more important then the customer being happy and the sales rep not following through with his/her commitments. Once the papers were signed the deal was done and the satisfaction was gone and unfortunately that made my rating go down. More
