As with any transactions there are always some hiccups but Tillery employees go above and beyond to resolve the issues we have had. I understand their need to make a profit, but never have we felt that we were taken advantage of. It would be a rarity for anyone buying a new vehicle to not have reason to visit the service department and when that time comes rest assured that you will be taken care of.
