To illustrate just how highly I rate this dealership, I drove 70 miles from Swanton to buy from Tiffin Ford, rather than work with any of the Toledo-area dealerships. Its not that there's anything wrong with the dealerships around Toledo. But I don't know them. But I DO KNOW that Tiffin Ford is an honest dealership that gives great service without high pressure sales tactics and without playing the 4-square game most car dealers play.
