He even made sure my CPO Toyota had all the accessories I needed and went the extra mile to drive my new Land Cruiser to a more convenient place for my auto transport shipper to pick it up. Expensive parts, no guarantee on workmanship Matty, Service Department, installed new parts. The parts failed three days later. Matty then said "Replace the computer." On each attempt for service I called to make an appointment and had to leave a message. No one ever called back. I then made the appointments on line at their service web site. When I went in for the scheduled service time they did not have a record of my appointments. They even told me I was too stupid to use a computer. More

My biggest complaint is the Finance Manager at Thurston. He is so disrespectful and tries to pressure people into purchasing equipment and warranties that you don't need. He is also good at telling people off! I hope the Thurston Brothers read this because they should be ashamed of the business quality that they are providing to Mendocino county! Going to Thurston Toyota was and still is the worst experience I have ever had with a salesman.
