Jason was great in helping me getting the parts needed to repair our vehicle and get it approved promptly by the warranty company. Additionally he as very sensitive to our needs for the repairs to be done as repair our vehicle and get it approved promptly by the warranty company. Only being without the vehicle for 2 days was great for the amount of repairs that had to be made. Thanks for the shuttle service getting my wife home safely after she dropped it off on Wednesday. Jason kept me in the loop very well with more than one phone call advising of the warranty approval and then the next day that all parts were available - how soon could we bring it in. He was also very good at letting me know that he would be talking with the lead mechanic to make sure the vehicle was assigned to one technician to do all the work (stay on it) so it could be finished in a timely fashion. Four different things were done on the vehicle. Thank you Jason !! More

As indicated with a 5 Stars rating, all is good with service. Tech cleaned off oil that would have been left on frame from draining oil from engine. No biggie, between Jill, American Glass Pros and Amber, Thunder Service Writer, have my vehicle needing a new window from glass laminate on top edge of windshield and needed to be replaced free of charge thru insurance. Asked Jill to show me windshield area on vehicle that had separation to be replaced. When I started walking to my Durango SRT, Jill asked if the SRT was my vehicle, I indicated yes, the SRT is my vehicle. The Red Charger that was in for service at the same time my SRT was being serviced, was the vehicle that had the bad windshield. Jill had to cancel work on replacing my windshield with American Glass Pros and with my insurance. No egg on my face. Adrian Pearson More
