Service dept. "3 visits to finally get the problem fixed" Tolled at least four 4 times that the batteries (2) were replaced. Upon the third visit I was told agai "3 visits to finally get the problem fixed" Tolled at least four 4 times that the batteries (2) were replaced. Upon the third visit I was told again that the small battery was replaced, and the cable ends were fixed. Jeep has started OK. The service dept only printed 2 service tickets at my 3-visit, stating that it was a continuing service issue. At my second visit, I spoke to the (A) services mgr.?. Where I stated this is my second time here for the same NO STARTING PROPLEM!!!! Where I said This could be a LEMON LAW ISSUE, IF SO, I will contact my lawyer. His reply was. I am just the middleman, we don't or didn't make the vehicle. WOW I WAS FLORED! At that point the service writers and the rest of those folks FROZE me out. Hanna to my rescue. she made sure that the Jeep was finally fixed. Thank You Hanna, and thanks to Brian Fishburn who helped me. The one time I contacted someone on the phone I was transferred to their voice mail. I took my van in on a Thursday afternoon, received a notice they were requesting warranty approval on Friday. Friday afternoon I received a text saying it was approved but too late in the day to complete the work. So no transport for my wife for the weekend. Monday no one would return my calls. Yes, I finally got my van back and the work appears to be very satisfactory but the communication was very frustrating. More

Helped me apply coupons from my Dodge app for my oil change. These may seem like basic, simple things, but when other dealerships don’t do these things, it makes you appreciate one that does. There are far too many options in the marketplace to put up with the unacceptable treatment I’ve gotten from other dealerships. Thunder does things the right way and will continue to earn my business and my recommendations to friends and family. More
