I unfortunately, ,had a very poor experience with the sales person and sales manager. I was not shown the sales price or any numbers prior to sitting with the finance manager. While the finance manager rectified the price of vehicle, he almost had me purchase an extended warranty that would of only been good for 11 months when the vehicle was still covered under the original warranty Upon actual delivery of the vehicle, no one assisted me with the features and the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas in it for me to travel back to Tampa. Since I bought the truck less than two weeks, the driver’s side window motor went out and the windshield wipers need to be replaced which should of been caught on inspection of the vehicle by the dealership. The entire experience was the worst “car buying” experience I have had in 30 years. More

Made an appointment for oil change and engine light on. Never received a call that day I called at 4 o’clock service lady said she would check and call back, never did. I called again and was told it could Never received a call that day I called at 4 o’clock service lady said she would check and call back, never did. I called again and was told it could take 24 to 48 hours to diagnostic???? Never was told that. Picked up the car charged $163 to tell me had some emission issue. Never put a new oil sticker on. Just a real crap show. I have been bringing my car here but will now go somewhere else. More
