The gem of Bartow I just bought my 4th vehicle in 4 years through Vince Fernandez, and every time is nothing short of stellar. Vince is so easy to talk to and work with, at this point, it's more like hanging out with an old friend who just happens to also be selling me a car. And Bob Vandesande...Bob is spectacular. The first time I worked with Bob, I walked in with a preapproval from my credit union. Bob said, "Let me see if I can get you a better rate", and he did....3% lower than my CU! These folks are the best, they show genuine concern and care for the customer's needs and I will follow these 2 gentlemen wherever they may go. More

We even had one sales person pass us on to another person without a reason at one dealership in Lakeland. All the people at Thunder have been very friendly and easy to work with.
