I got my car back today. In my 86 years, traveling all over this country and others, I have never been treated as well as the employees of Thunder Chrysler treat me. As a woman there are often several strikes against you , through no fault of your own, when you go to a dealership. 1. It is often presumed you are ignorant. 2. You do not make “car” decisions for your family. 3. Car vernacular is foreign to you so you won’t understand. Well not so much today maybe but at Thunder. Not at all. The service manager has my heart and Louis, Broderick, Denisa and every one treats the patrons with extreme courtesy. Let me tell you the sales team is great too. I bought my car from them and their finance guy, Bob, speaks a really understandable English, no talking over you. I’ve been a customer since October 2014 and, although I have a Chrysler dealer three miles from my house I drive all the way to Bartow because I like these guys. More

Arsenio and his team regularly watch over me. I especially want to thank: Arsenio, Broderick, Louis, Denisa and Clint with whom I have had conversations on this last visit. Now, they still have my car. But it’s like a severe medical condition and though they have a diagnosis they’ve had a hard time finding the cause. I am sure this has caused them untold hours of digging and I am also very sure they will give me my car back in a most satisfactory condition. Service Dept is a joke. They do not take your calls (goes directly to voice-mail) which they do not return. The day I scheduled delivery of my new Ram truck I made a appointment with Charlotte ( customer representative) to explain the new truck features to me. I arrived on time 1pm 03/14/22 for delivery and wait appointment with Charlotte ( customer representative) to explain the new truck features to me. I arrived on time 1pm 03/14/22 for delivery and waited 30 minutes because of some semi truck parked in front of my truck and they were trying to get it moved. My truck was finally brought around to be delivered and after another 30 minutes of waiting for Charlotte I was told she was in training class. My salesman Michael Quinn did his best to give me information on the truck. I told Michael not to worry I will get with Charlotte later in the day and make another appointment. I called back at 5 pm and was told she was at lunch?? I left her a voicemail and another message on the morning of 03/15/22 and am still waiting for her to return my call. Another representative gave me a call on 15th but I missed that call so I called back and left her a message to call me and I am still waiting for that call. So you can tell by my rating of the dealership at this point I am not happy with the customer service. More
