The service department needs a lot of help. Some are friendly but they don't keep their word and often forget to call customers back. I was once ignored by an employee sitting at his desk, blatantly even. I'm not sure if it's a central Florida issue but I have yet to find a good dealership with good service. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for servicing. More
