Very encounter with a team member is always positive, whether in person or over the phone. I had to return to this section to add more info as several of the questions need to have a choice of N/A or N whether in person or over the phone. From my initial contact with Dalton, a very mannerly young man, to Danisa and Jose, it was a pleasant experience. While I was there, Jose took time to look at my info and offered to do the oil change (and tires as well when I inquired) so I would not have need of returning in a short period of time. Also, on you ratings, when you choose Service as the reason for visit, it does not list anyone’s name from Service. More
