David was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the business and what he had avaialbe for my needs. Once I picked out the truck I wanted the experience continued to go smoothly. Bad customer service The worst experience I ever had with a dealership I was over chaged for my oil change and air filter I was quoted one price but was charged 13.98 more The worst experience I ever had with a dealership I was over chaged for my oil change and air filter I was quoted one price but was charged 13.98 more for oil change and 10.00 more for air filter called they said they would refund never did I called general manager very rude and unprofessional he acted like he didn't care that I was over charged and it was no big deal. I would never recommend this dealership I will not be going back ever. It was never like that when it was Tom Edwards. More

He was honest, professional and a man of his word. That alone are the greatest attributes someone can possess. Additionally, everyone I talked to was courteous and very helpful.
