We sincerely apologize for the challenges you've faced, particularly with the battery and the recurring Airbag light issue. In response to your review, we'd like to provide additional details about the steps we've taken to address the issues with your vehicle. Upon delivery, we replaced the battery, and subsequently, the Airbag light appeared, which can sometimes occur due to a battery failure. We reset all the codes that were tripped, and when the Airbag light returned, our team diligently inspected and verified the functionality of all seatbelt sensors. Although it takes an additional 24 hours for the code to reappear, we have ordered new parts to replace the necessary components as part of the sequential requirements of the warranty repairs from Stellantis. We also want to emphasize that, as part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we provided you with a loaner vehicle during the repair process. Recognizing your dissatisfaction with the initial loaner, we promptly arranged for you to use your trade-in vehicle until the repairs were completed. Your comfort and satisfaction are paramount, and we appreciate your patience as we work to address these issues. Moreover, we would like to clarify that, according to our records, there have been three visits for warranty repairs, not the five mentioned in your review. We understand the importance of accurate communication and want to ensure that we address any discrepancies in your experience. We genuinely value your business and apologize for any inconvenience these matters may have caused. Our team is committed to resolving the outstanding issues with your vehicle, and we appreciate your understanding as we work towards a satisfactory resolution.
