Complete xxxx. For a 30 min oil change, I sat there for 2 hours. A random third party windshield company got in and touched my vehicle without being authorized to d For a 30 min oil change, I sat there for 2 hours. A random third party windshield company got in and touched my vehicle without being authorized to do so, so they could tell me that their company needed to replace my windshield. Walked out with a 3k estimate for an oil leak, with over 2k in labor alone. This dealerships service department has always been a joke. More
