I took my vehicle to the dealer because of the inspection that is completed with an oil change. I figured that if any thing was found during the inspection I would have been made aware of it, that was not t that is completed with an oil change. My tires needed air and I had to go back inside and ask them to air up my tires and I had to ask for the car wash after getting my car because it had not been completed. I understand that there is an additional fee to diagnose a problem which I did not have a problem paying but I was not given that option. I guess the days of getting the best service from a dealer are no longer exist. More
I dropped off my truck at the dealership on a Monday, informing the service writer that I needed it back no later than Thursday afternoon. After sitting at the dealership for a week and no one letting me informing the service writer that I needed it back no later than Thursday afternoon. After sitting at the dealership for a week and no one letting me know the status, I tried to reach the service department to see about the return of my truck. For two days, I could not get anyone in the service department to answer the phone or return a voicemail. I know people can get busy, but for no one to answer the phone or return a voicemail for two days is a bit much. I took the truck in for an emissions issue and when I finally just showed up to check on the status, I found my truck parked in front of the dealership. No one called to let me know it was apparently done. When I spoke to the service advisor, he informed me that they were not able to fix the emissions issue, and what they tried actually caused the A/C and the radio to quit working. Since they could not fix it, I had to take it elsewhere. More
