I had an appointment at 10:30am, I didn’t leave the dealership til 2pm. I guess they forgot about me and it took about three hours for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous if I didn’t have lifetime oil More

Our records indicate that your scheduled appointment was at 10:00 AM, and unfortunately, it appears there was a delay with your arrival, as you were checked in at 11:17 AM. This delay resulted in approximately 20 vehicles already in line ahead of yours, which contributed to the longer wait time. We completed the service on your vehicle at 12:59 PM.
