My experience at your dealerships stunk. ... I have been waiting for Maggie to get back with me to have in writing what she promised me at the end of my day.. I went to have all services done ... I went to have all services done that were needed for my Jeep Cherokee at the mileage it had on it... Not only weren't they done I got my car back filthy and as soon as I pulled out of the dealership the light that they were supposed to fix came back on.. still waiting to hear from Mr p her boss.. would not recommend this dealership to anyone More

Bought out Chrysler and immediately have issues. Multiple warning lights. Took it into service. They fixed one part and didn’t address the others. Thunder came highly recommended so we expected less issues right off the lot. More

They have a bad habit of doing work to your car they are not authorized to do. Beware! They disassembled my engine per Chrysler requirements and wanted me to pay to have it reassembled. :( not authorized to do. Beware! I left with only an oil change bc it was more important to sell me things not needed than to address my concerns. Now I still need to visit another dealership, but it won’t be yours. More
