They usually do a great job. My last time there for an oil change and tire rotation my tires air pressure was off and not corrected. Windshield washer fluid was not topped off. I took my vehicle just for oil change, and the person that did the job didn't tighten the oil screw when that was essential. When i went back home there was a lot of oil in my dive way.
